Quit smoking Hello i…read morewould like to thank Jason from Smokeless solutions for helping me quit smoking cigarettes and finding a Smokeless solution. I went in to one of his stores, "Smokeless Solutions," and let him know my goals. He set me up on a plan according to how many cigarettes a day i smoked. Which helped with having no cigarette cravings. Which consisted of the vape pen and e-liquid. He checked on me daily, for a couple of weeks to see if i was still smoke-free. Which i was, outside of a couple times in beginning. It wasnt the craving it was the want because of the familiarity. Each time he was kind and patient and non-judgmental and got me back on track.. Now, here it's been a month and I am cigarette free and using the vape pens as I would like. Actually using or putting less nicotine in my body. I like to have 2 of them personally. One for a stronger 50 mg dose for the moment, I feel like I really need nicotine and the other with the 18 mg dose, for it is puffing and crusing. Which I enjoy having them both period on a good note if I ever decide. I don't want any nicotine. It has been easier to step away from this than the actual cigarette. Why I did not post sooner.. I wanted to give you a full experience and time to past. It takes an average of 21 days to break habits. Which I cleared it with flying colors this time. In the past i tried using patches, medications, counseling, and failed. This was much easier of a transformation for me. Again, thank you to Jason and his lovely staff. There was a battery door problem from the get go that I guess I didnt know about . (Shouldn't be hard to close the door ) so in the mean time I lost my receipt ugh right paid cash for it so it is hard to track as well went in to talk to them about what they could do for me cause I had just spent $130 on the new device the worker that sold it to me was even behind the counter and remembered selling it to me . Needless to say they offered me a 10% discount on a new device and told me their policy only covers 30 days . Okay well that's fine because geek mods have a 90 day warranty and you can get that warranty taken care of at any distributor is what geek said well it turns out this place flys under the radar and is not a distributor is what I was told (even though that's all they really sell for most and tanks for the biggest part ) okay what ever you guys can't do anything for me I get it you are not customer friendly next question was can you look up my receipt so geek will take care of it on their end then for the epic response of " we just upgraded our point of sale system on Monday we can't find anything sold before that sorry ) needless to say there are a lot more vape shops in town that will be receiving my money from now on this places customer service is a absolute joke Love the attitude of we will help you if you buy more I give this place a f- for service I totally get it's how businesses run and stay running but this was a obvious defect that they just didn't want to even deal with pretty crazy throwing away business like that I spend alot on these items Hope this helps some of you make good decisions on where to buy your products ‍ lucky I have backups

I brought it back to the store for a return and she says no reurns, call the number on the back of the package. There was no sign on the display that says no returns so she refused to stand behind the product only saying "well we sell lots of it". As a business owner myself I have processed many returns...it is simple you give the customer their money back and call the manufacturer saying I have a return to get credit on. She did not apologize or feel bad that I was completely dissatisfied. Terrible customer service, will never be back.
