I understand if you are stumped but send a supervisor who knows what they are doing. I have called the office several times and have been brushed off by a guy and a lady with an attitude named "carol" i spoke to the gentleman and told him I was not pleased by her customer service skills. i had a older man out 1x named james and then 3x after they send a young man out who clearly has no clue what he is doing or he is lazy. I asked him questions about where he thinks the mice are getting in and he gave me a answer of might be here or there. He only put two trap things down and that was it. I asked for a supervisor the next visit but same young man came i believe name is mike or something like that with an m. Very upset that I had to hire a new company to take care of the problem. And when you open up the freezer and discover your once frozen solid bags of fried rice and mashed cauliflower have the consistency of soggy paper towels, well now you're pretty damned sure something is really broken. So that opens up a range of possibilities -are you facing a minor repair, a major repair, or a full-scale crash, burn and replace. How do you know? Enter Discotto Appliance Repair. They were recommended by the vendor that sold us the failing refrigerator 12 years ago. I called at 10:00 and left a message with his service. Rich Discotto called me an hour or so later and said he'd be over later in the afternoon. Then he called me again and said he'd be able to swing by in a half hour. He was professional and courteous, read the model and serial numbers, went back to his vehicle to check his computer than came back to us with his verdict. He educated us with a brief history of the LG refrigerator and their compressors, The compressor was our problem, but the cost of replacing it ($1,376) didn't make sense for a 12-year-old refrigerator. His confirmation of what we suspected all along really made our decision easy. And the $133 service call was well worth that knowledge. I can not recommend him highly enough. (PS - Happy Birthday, Bob Dylan, who is 83 today)
