Another week and several attempts to reach him and still no response. So after a month of waiting, I went to pick up my unit. I wasn't mean or rude, just needed to take it to some one who could actually get to it. The batteries were dead from sitting so long, jump starting wasn't working, so I had to leave to get a new battery, and told Adam what I was doing, instead of offering to help with a jump, he tells me they close at 4pm, and they lock the gate at that time. That only left me with 40 minutes to get a battery and get it put in. I got back, and Adam again stresses how they have to be out at 4pm. Makes me beg and plead for a few extra minutes to try and get this truck started to avoid a $500 tow bill. This guy is a super douche. No communication for weeks! Then hassles me over a couple minutes! I was out the gate by 4:02. Wish I could go back in time to avoid this jerk. He may be a good mechanic, but is not a good businessman. To busy to extend even a little common courtesy. Avoid this place.

Took the truck to Sam to check what was wrong,he put it on the lift and connected his zoom box to the trans. and jacked up the rear wheels. He said the trans was ok and the problem was in the TCI controller an suggested I buy a different trans. controller. He had no idea how it acted on the road didn't even drive it. Got to say the people at TCI were great,I sent back the controller three times and they sent me a new one even though there was nothing wrong with any of them. After the fourth one and five months of frustration I decided to take the truck to Salem Transmission and had it repaired right.(They found transmission had wrong gear starts and missing 1st at times, problems with internal control system 2/3 solenoid installed in the TCC bore, causing major actuator feed fluid pressure loss.
