The construction crew was very fast and thorough and left every area of our yard and house looking clean after renovations were complete. After removing a 26-year-old two-story wood deck from our home that was riddled with dry rot, we were struggling to figure out a next step that fit into our budget. Replacing the deck was going to cost us upwards of $30k so we started looking into other options. Throughout our research process, TC was very helpful and readily available to answer all my questions about design ideas and building permits etc. When we decided to replace our upstairs door with a window instead of putting in a deck, TC was able to quickly come out to view our home in person and take measurements; he also sent an invoice shortly afterward. The entire process only took a few days once our new window was ordered. The main foreman Antonio was especially friendly and easy to work with. We were impressed at how closely the stucco repairs match our original stucco exterior and the interior areas look like they've always been there as they are so seamless. The crew even put in extra hours the first day of renovations to make sure everything was watertight before a big rainstorm hit. We're very pleased with our new window and exterior and will definitely be recommending Armor Tek to our friends and family.

Kudos to all involved, we won't hesitate to call ArmorTek for our next round of home improvement.

Since my mom is an elder, I wanted to make sure I used a company that my mom and I trusted to get the work done properly. I contacted Eureka Restoration and another company that the HOA uses quite a bit. Daniel (Eureka) was very prompt in his response and gave a thorough review and evaluation of the issues at hand and how they would remediate it. Meanwhile, the other (unnamed) company took a glance and left without showing any concern for our situation. Needless to say, we went with Eureka Restoration. We are very happy with their open communication throughout the process and fair pricing/estimate. The crew was friendly and kept my moms condo clean. My mom is satisfied with the work and we can rest knowing the mold has been taken care of. Thank you Daniel and your crew for your excellent service!

This is a HUGE shoutout to SERVPRO of Scripps Ranch. I truly don't have enough words to express my…read moregratitude and appreciation for their incredible service. If you are ever in need of water leak remediation and/or restoration, they are AMAZING! I had a water heater leak a couple of weeks ago and had received another quote just before I called SERVPRO and spoke with Albert. He was exceptional and sent someone out right away. Julio came to my home and was fantastic. He was thorough, kind, honest, and gave me a very fair quote for the remediation. He started on the spot, and his teammates brought over all the equipment needed for the dry-out and got everything set up. From there, Julio came by every day for three days to check the moisture levels. After three days, everything was completely dry. After that, I worked with Albert and Martin on the construction and restoration. As of yesterday, everything was finished! Albert checked in with me this morning to make sure I was completely satisfied, and only after confirming that did he send the invoice. (I did not use insurance.) I could not be more grateful or appreciative. It is really hard to find exceptional, reliable help, and unfortunately I've learned that the hard way since this is my second water leak in four years. Ugh! If you ever find yourself dealing with a leak and want to get through it as quickly and painlessly as possible, I cannot recommend them enough. The pride they took in their work--and even in the cleanup--was amazing. I'm still in awe, hence this post! I hope you never need them, but if you do, they are awesome. And for what it's worth, ChatGPT originally recommended SERVPRO of Scripps Ranch as a top choice based on their reviews...and Chat was right on point!

I looked through the San Diego yellow pages for water cleanup companies and only got carpet cleaners. Then I found a water damage restoration company that specialized in flood restoration and remediation (which is pretty specific) Andy, the owner of Pacific Restoration, showed up at the job himself, asked me if I had any questions, then began the water cleanup which took 7 full days! He politely went over all my concerns and delivered a spectacular job. He even threw in a carpet and paint upgrade free! It's nice to finally be able to say that I had an awesome experience with a general contractor in San Diego (I have horror stories if anyone is interested :-) Recommended to all A+++ Update on 11/12/2011: I have since hired Pacific Restoration for a full home remodel. The project includes a lot of high end work on my kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, room addition and a bunch more. So far so good. I will keep you posted. Crossing my fingers, I know home remodeling is tricky business but based on all of my experiences with these guys, I'm pretty confident I will be happy. Update on 01/25/2012: My full home remodel was just completed! Let's start with the kitchen remodeling first, we installed beautiful slate floors, custom ivory countertops, large, open arched windows and all sub zero appliances built into custom enclosures. Our kitchen was nice before but after the remodel, it's one of our favorite places in the home to sit down and spend time together. Next, the master bedroom remodel and room addition. We added space to our master bedroom, remodeling it pretty much from the ground up. The theme and style is unique and different than the rest of our home so it really feels like you're entering new territory when you walk in. We added custom crown molding, changed the layout to provide more space and a roomier feel, took out the old shag carpet and replaced it with mostly marble and less carpet than before. The new carpet is much nicer and gives the room a more modern feel. The bathroom was remodeled too and we added a whirlpool bathtub with his and her bathroom suites. We also built in 60" LCD tv into the wall above the bath, so that we can relax and watch TV while we're in there. The remodeling job also included a room addition build out that was used to create an exquisite guest bedroom and bathroom for our family and friends to stay in when they visit us. The room addition really made a big difference to our home and adds a nice little guest sanctuary without putting our guests right on top of us in the main home.

Andy from Pacific Restoration is awesome!…read more I had a slab leak a few months back, and recently, mold and slab moisture had developed under my carpet. I called around and talked with a few companies, and the difference between them and Pacific Restoration was like night and day. It was refreshing to hear a level of expertise, honesty and willingness to help way above and beyond what I would ever expect from a contractor. Andy told me I that I really didn't have a big problem, unlike the previous contractor, who wanted to charge me quite a bit of money for work I did not really need. Andy set me straight with an equipment rental and a level of comfort that I really needed after a stressful few weeks of worrying about my house. I would and will recommend this company to anyone that is in need of these types of services. Honesty and expertise is deserving of 5 stars!
