Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I had requested that they send two cleaners because I had shutters, Craftsman wood surfaces and hardwood floors which take a lot of time to clean along with the rest of the home. The company was able to make the necessary adjustments and I was happy with the cleaning. Customer service was outstanding and communicated with me before, during and after the cleaning to make sure that things were going as planned and that I was satisfied with their services. Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation. The quality of the service was good; the outcome did not sit well with me. Overall I would not necessarily suggest this company just based on the lack of ethics displayed.
