This is our second holiday season using Griswold Holiday Lighting. In 2023, they discussed our…read moreinitial design thoughts and then made critical suggestions for us to maximize the lighting effects for the front of our home, while keeping within the budget we were comfortable. They suggested we use our budget dollars to enhance the rear of our house as we would be looking out back much more than facing front. So they suggested specific palms to light in back which maximized the entire effect for us to enjoy. It was interesting that their experience in designing holiday lighting led them to point out that we (as opposed to our neighbors and drive-bys) would only see the front lights as we drove up to the house and parked in the garage. A two minute enjoyment. By placing more off our budgeted dollars into rear lighting we got to enjoy hours of holiday lights every evening for hours on end. In 2024, we replicated the earlier designs, but added much more to the rear of our property. Their technicians are proficient, professional and fast. When some light bulb went out we were serviced within 24 hours (twice). This is a good family owned small business and we are beyond happy with their personal attention and service! Everybody's on vacation I just got back this morning. You need to give me a second to settle in and reply. I don't need to hear something that you know that you don't I don't reply. It's you're texting me on New Year's, so you gotta give me a second to reply, and I will reply." And he claims life time guarantee- DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL- agree with all the reviews in this page.

Poor business practices continue... After writing my review…read morelast week regarding my personal experience with this company, yesterday and today their employee displayed more evidence of bad practices. They are working on my neighbor's backyard project. Fortunately, it is Fourth of July weekend so my husband and I are both home. An employee is delivering supplies for the project. Yesterday, he began to back his trailer into our front yard on top of 2 different sprinkler heads and our AT&T cable box. My husband went out and stopped him and texted our neighbor about it. Today the same employee did it again. My husband went out and confronted him. We then went to our neighbor directly and told him what was going on as well as about my previous post regarding the holiday lights. The soap opera continues...
