The axil was the wrong one. Then I received another axil that was supposed to be the correct one. Again, it was the wrong one! When I went to this store to get some additional guidance, I found the staff that was extremely knowledgeable in helping me what I needed, inevitably I bought a second bike from the store as well as some additional accessories that have made my training regimen extremely successful. While not being able to get rid of the first bike with the original vendor, I elected to keep it and they went and they put new tires on it for the road instead of the knobbies that came with it. I highly recommend this store because I also bought my bicycle traveling equipment and other accessories there as well and I've never been disappointed.
