The tires théy recommended only lasted me 1 year probably less. I got 18,000 miles out of these tires and it cost me close to $700. I found this out while doing an oil change in NC and to my surprise these tires had no warranty and didn't even last 20,000 miles even with rotations. I had to reach out many times to talk to the owner and nothing ever got resolved. If you live out of town go to a franchise place because this is a family owned business. I wouldn't recommend.

I had bought a nearly identical crash vehicle as a parts car with the intention of swapping everything over myself but had to relocate due to new employment before I could start work and no longer had access to a home with a garage. I sent over both vehicles to Hyatt's and Ron did an absolutely incredible job getting my Blazer working again at the most reasonable price possible. This was an absolutely gigantic amount of work and required an immense amount of specialized tools and knowledge. Many mechanic shops would've refused this job due to its complexity and abnormality. Almost all of the shops that would have agreed to take the cars would not have been as communicative or resilient. I am lucky to have found them. I am very grateful to everyone at Hyatt's for returning me a vehicle that works great after sitting for so long! I would recommend them to anyone!

This is theft of my property and theft of NYS plates. When speaking to police ( the ones who called the tow) they said it was not their problem. Called AAA and they said someone would be there within a 45 minutes. Expect an "unknown" caller. A few minutes later the towing company called and was in the lot. The agent hooked up a battery. Still wouldn't start. Earlier I checked the oil, and coolant; both OK. He managed to push the car out of the parking space, with the help of a stranger. Carefully loaded it on the flatbed truck. Took me & my car to a trusted mechanic and unloaded the car in their lot. Told me to leave the key in an envelope with my info on the envelope. Never had to do that before. Glad he was so helpful.
