You truly could not ask for a better dentist or team. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel seen and valued. Even during routine cleanings, they take the time to connect--they remember details about my life, my children, and always follow through on what they say they'll do. That level of consistency and care is rare. Dr. Priya is not only incredibly skilled and thorough--she catches things early, ensures your dental health is on track, and provides thoughtful referrals when needed--but what really sets her apart is her humanity. She takes the time to get to know you and your family, and her bedside manner is truly outstanding. One of the things I love most is how she shares her background and culture so openly. There's a beautiful display in the office from her wedding that reflects her heritage, and it adds such a warm, personal touch. It speaks volumes about the kind of environment she's created--welcoming, inclusive, and genuine. There have been times I've come in dealing with personal stress, and both Dr. Priya and her staff noticed, checked in, and made sure I was okay. That level of compassion goes far beyond dental care--it's something truly special. This is more than a dental office--it's a place where people genuinely care. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them.

Where do I even start. I selected oral sedation for my gum graft surgery and was billed as such…read moreprior to my appointment. However, I was never prescribed a sedative in the group of 3 other medications they prescribed for me to pick up, so I assumed I would be given it on the day of my surgery. Nope. When I showed up they immediately took me back and I started panicking and asked where the sedative would be, and they tried to turn it on me and say I never picked it up (later they admitted to having never prescribed it). They still wanted to go ahead with the surgery with NO SEDATIVE and NO PAINKILLERS. At this point I was ready to cancel my surgery on the spot and run, but the doctor offered to make up for it with an IV sedative, *free of charge*. After the surgery I had nightmares for weeks due to how pushy they were to operate on me regardless of not having the proper sedative set up. They also got blood all over my shirt. I had already pre-paid my insurance estimate ahead of time, and just received a bill in the mail stating I owed another several hundred dollars. Upon closer inspection I realized they did end up charging me over $600 extra for the IV sedation that I had been told would be free of charge. The graft itself actually caused worse recession of my gums as it was placed too low and started pulling down my gumline. I went to another periodontist after for a second opinion and they said that not only had the surgery been completely unnecessary, but it was done via a decades out of date technique. They recommended I get treatment immediately for the recession caused by the IPANW surgeon. Lastly, I'd like to give an honorary mention to the receptionists at IPANW who are some of the most miserable, egotistical women I've met in my life. Coming into the office or giving them a call was always an awful experience and they did everything they could to make it as unwelcoming as possible. In the beginning when they'd forgotten to prescribe the oral sedative, they even hung up on me mid-call because they refused to accept that it had been their issue. Later their billing department performed an investigation and found that it had indeed been their fault. I highly, HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place and looking somewhere else. They've caused me so much pain, misery, and financial stress for an operation I hadn't even needed.

I received a quote for a procedure from another Periodontist, so I decided to call this one to…read morecompare pricing. While I completely understand that I would ultimately need to be seen for an evaluation and treatment plan, I do feel that is is reasonable to ask for pricing for a specific service/procedure that has been outlined by another professional. I was informed that it was the policy of the office not to provide pricing over the phone, and when I started to say "Ok thank you, I think you should provide feedback to the owner..." the woman on the phone literally said "I'm going to stop you right there" and hung up the phone on me. I am not going to debate whether or not they should provide pricing over the phone (I think they should, they think they shouldn't which is their right), but to actually hang up on me mid sentence was a strange experience to say the least. I hesitated to post this review, but felt like it needed to be shared. Side note: I don't think it should be this hard to get pricing from different providers (medical or dental). Customers should be able to shop around especially for procedures costing thousands of dollars. I'm glad others have had a positive experience with this place, and I hope that continues...

2018, was most likely the golden era for this site, since the reviews prior to mine, were all…read moreglowing but there have been none for 7-years. Issues during Sept-Nov (2025): 1. Very clunky and cumbersome intake process 2. Very unstable payment portal process mix of Dentrix (non-native Fintech) and some unknown third-party, which does not have reminders or auto-draw forcing you to share your financial details with roving staff via questionable security measures 3. Dr. Kim (male with mask) and Julia (office manager) are stand-offish and hollow, going through the motions, and did not make any effort to remember things as basic as: not scheduling appointments when patrons have moved out of the state, keeping a courtesy payment reminder active, updating Px about payment submission changes, shaking hands, or extending basic greetings in the waiting area. 4. They will argue away their avoiding of the Surprise Billing statute, by charging you extra before rendering the receipt of sale, meaning, if there is an agreed payment plan, the fee schedule is subject to change during the encounter if the provider deems it necessary to tack on additional fees-for-services rendered. They put you through the screening but use the built-in excuse that the screening tools are limited and things 'come-up' during the procedures. 5. The dental problem, despite the ~$2,500 tab, is still a problem, and seems like only a temporary fix was applied, to encourage a return visit for more services/charges to be levied. The tools used seemed functional and up-to-date, but beyond this the overall care quality presents as a place that has been gutted by turn-over, limited by location, and hamstringed by said personnel. Given the location and the personage mentioned, it would be best if alternatives were sought -- it is not worth the hassle or expense.

Dr. Ben and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I rated my experience as 5 stars, however…read morethere were few things that I noticed that can improve the overall experience: - Steet signage: Arriving to the location was not a problem. I followed my GPS directions, and I arrived there on time. However, it was hard to locate the the correct building and I got confused when trying to search for the right entrance. I would suggest to have some sort of signage at the back of the building, to guide the patient to walk around as it was not evident that where I parked was Suite 2 or was the back of "Kirkland Cornerstone Dental" building. - Exam / Dental Cleaning Room: The dental hygienist welcomed me and did a terrific job at cleaning my teeth. She was properly notifying me what she was going to do so that I would be ready for it. The not so great experience was when I was laying back on the chair with all the machines and tools inserted in my mouth, I started noticing and hearing disturbances in the room next door. I am not sure what was going on but I believe that there were some files going in/out the shelves which are located in the front desk room. I understand that the rooms are close to each other without doors but as a patient I would have preferred to feel more at ease without having to be distracted with the noise of the side walls. After the dental hygienist completed her work, she gave me an Oral-B toothbrush with a floss. It was nice of her however I would have preferred to not carry anything until I complete all stages of my visit. In other dental offices, the freebies are given at the very end as part of the goodie bag. Also, the exam room needs a coat hanger, placing my jacket on the side counter was not a good idea. - Dental Panoramic X-Ray Machine Area: Please add a CAUTION sticker sign where the mounted metal piece is located. That area felt a bit dangerous when trying to get inside/out the machine. - Insurance: As a new patient who gave all my insurance information before arriving to my appointment, I would expect that the staff had already done their homework and learned about my insurance coverage. What are the primary things that a new patient need ? The essentials: Regular Checkup and Cleaning, X-Ray, and perhaps Dental Filling. The patient should NOT be hearing a lot of "We don't know if your insurance covers that". The discussion regarding "patient's insurance coverage" must be done only once at the beginning or/and at the end. For a moment while i was in the exam room, I started doubting my insurance coverage. Perhaps, if I had discussed the purpose of my visit when I first entered with the coverage that i was getting, it would have elimitnated later confusion. I am not sure but maybe it was my mistake for not bringing it up when I checked in. Overall, I had a good experience with Dr. Ben who patiently explained the issues I had without exercising any pressure. I will be gladly referring Dr. Ben to my wife who is currently searching for a New Dentist.
