His team is a well-oiled machine, extremely professional, very courteous and considerate. I felt completely comfortable with his team working on my home and around my family. I live in an 1850's updated farmhouse outside of Newburyport, MA. I hired mike initially in 2023 to replace a large wooden gutter and freeze board on my home. I'm particular and wanted to make sure we kept the new work in keeping with the character and of our home. Mike and team nailed it. I hired Mike again in September of 2026 replace all the wooden trim around the windows in the back of our house with PVC. I hesitated to touch one window trim because it had a very lovely, original molding. All the other windows in the back were replaced with plain, flat stock by the gentleman who renovated the home prior to our purchase. To my surprise and delight Mike and his supervisor Odie took it upon themselves and chose to replicate the original molding from the window mentioned, on all of the windows surrounds they replace! There was no up-selling just a very thoughtful, generous value add. Now the back of our home looks exponentially better thanks to Mike and team. They will continue to be our go-to contractors as we update our home's exterior and roofing. I highly recommend Meadow's Construction.

The two tone color scheme was the perfect finishing touch. Jennifer truly has an eye for detail which made all the difference in our kitchen remodel. Wendy H

After a Servpro demolition team throughout all the damaged furniture, carpets, wall boards and wall insulation and treated for mold, I started looking to hire a construction company to rebuild: insulation, wall boards, damaged sub flooring, plastering, painting, flooring, and the damaged baseboard heating. LB Special Projects owner took time with me to explain the work to be done and answer all my questions. It was clear that he knew his business down to as much details as I wanted to know. His company went beyond the work I requested because they have a high standard of quality. They know you'll be living with the work they do. It's apparent from other reviews that this is a 5 star company. I would add that everyone that worked on restoring my house: carpenters, plumbers, electricians did their work to the same high standard, and were open and helpful to answering my questions I will continue to recommend this company and call upon them for any projects I want done in the future
