I was very happy with the facility and staff. From the front desk to the technician, everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I need to point out the front desk representative Claudia went above and beyond!!! The day prior to my test there were some challenges regarding "coding" and "authorization". She could have said solve it and then come back another day. Instead, she was understanding and caring that she took the initiative to help me out and was able to resolve the issue. The place has a small private self park parking lot. I was there to schedule an appointment for a friend since he was told by his PCP that calling there is almost impossible to get through. I came in person to schedule an appointment. I found out that they DO NOT make appointments and are seen first come, first serve. They do x-rays, CT, MRI. There were about 4-5 people waiting and the wait was about 90 minutes. They have several other locations, but from all of them, only 2 others accept appointments. read more

After standing in line for 35 minutes to check in we are told it will be a 3 hour wait for an X-ray of a foot.... On top of that there is limited seats which were all taken so my 74 year old father is suppose stand there for 3 hours on a broken foot for an X-ray that takes 5 minutes to do... how is this place still open? They need new employees who get off their butt. X-rays mris and catscans take 5 MINUTES ANDin the 40 minutes I was there I didn't see a single person go in the back or come out... you're better off going to ER for X-ray read more

Had a 3:00pm appointment for MRI, arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. It is now 45 mins after my appointment time and am being told another 30 mins. Don't make plans around your appointment you will be late, and the worst part is that it's like I am inconveniencing them when I ask how much longer. Should have learned from the last time. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at RadNet Imaging Center, 8227 Reseda Blvd. Yesterday, I called RadNet to schedule an X-ray appointment, and was told the Roscoe location did not provide X-rays, but that I could be seen in either Burbank or Reseda. I scheduled Reseda at 4:00 PM. I left work early in Studio City to make this appointment, but upon arrival, I was told they had already stopped taking X-rays for the day because they had "set their limits." I explained that I had a confirmed appointment, but the associate simply said the appointment was made in error and they would not accept me. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I respected the appointment time, drove 35 minutes, and arranged my work schedule around it, only to be turned away. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available. Only after I called another RadNet location and asked for a supervisor did staff finally agree to take me. This is unacceptable treatment for a patient. Mistakes with scheduling happen, but patients should never be penalized for staff errors. A confirmed appointment should be honored, and the dismissive attitude I experienced was both rude and discouraging. I have always used RadNet for my imaging needs, but this experience at the Reseda location was shocking and not reflective of the professional standard expected in healthcare. I needed to do an X-ray and this is the shittiest center I've ever been. They recently moved and did not entirely update their address. I was so lost looking for them. Because I was 15 minutes late looking for their office, they cancel my appointment. receptionist sounded like she did not care and was extremely unaware that they waste people precious time. I checked in at noon and was told 1 hour wait. I left to go fill my rx at cvs down the street and was back at 1245. It is now 123 pm and told another 1.5 hour wait!!! This is bad business practice. It is now 228 pm! He call six of us. 4 down and just now sitting again at 257 pm. There's only 1 tech! I was finally seen @ 320 pm. All for 5 min. This is bad business practice. Whomever runs/owns this facility needs to do better. Unfortunate that the front desk and this one tech has to deal with the mob due to understaffing. I know I could have left but had excruciating pain in shoulder and was referred here by UC. I tried to just stay patient as figured if I went back to UC they would of sent me in circles all to just have wasted the same amount of time and to only irritate the pinched nerve some more. read more

The worst location! Save yourself aggravation and an ulcer and go to the one in Santa Clarita. First off they recently changed the location for X-rays but don't update anything. Don't even try calling and dialing the 7 for the front desk because it'll only ring twice and send you to a voice mail that states they don't want to take your valuable time so leave a message. Yet another awful experience with Radnet. First of all when I called for appointment for MRI I could not get scheduled for over 2 weeks. I had MRI 12 days ago and still no Report. I called yesterday and spoke to Reneso and she refused to connect me with Supervisor. Today I called and spoke to Marco - supposedly a Supervisor and was told my images was not yet assigned 12 days after MRI to Radiologist to review and write report. He refused to connect me to Manager and told me to "keep my phone open tomorrow for call from a manager", I asked him if he could take personal calls while at work- of course his response was NO. Yet I am supposed to be available all day while working to take a call. He was rude, unprofessional, bottom line this company could not care one bit about patient care. THEY SUCK! read more

Not sure what is with all the bad reviews. Went there today, people were great, facility was great and clean. Depending on what procedure you are having done, yes, this facility wants you to put gowns on whether or not you came prepared NOT to get undressed. Seriously, who cares, get undressed! Wish I could give them a (-) * rating. Horrible experience from beginning to end. 1) They will NOT take appointments by phone for simple x-rays, so you're forced to do it online. Ok. That wouldn't necessarily be a problem if it weren't for the fact that their website's navigation was convoluted, confusing and took way too much time. 2) I get to their location and it looks like an abandoned building. Walking in it felt like a Moscow shoe store circa 1979. 3) NOBODY was masked. Ok. It's not required anymore, but most the medical facilities still required. 4) The receptionist assumed I was a walking and told me it would be 2.5 hours. I told her I had an appointment and that maybe it would be more efficient if she asked "Do you have an appointment?" before assuming I just showed up. She was a not a very happy person based on her response. 5) The wait, despite having an appointment was almost 45 minutes. 6) They took in patients like they were inmates being led into a cellblock. It was very invasive and impersonal. 7) The Radiologist Tech was also a very unhappy woman. She had the bedside manor of a brick. I actually emailed my PCP from the parking lot and informed them that they would need to find another Radiology vendor because I'm NEVER going back to this shit hole. read more

I wish I could give a negative star rating because that is what this place deserves. The only good thing about it is that it is located close to where I live, but since I will never go back there again, it doesn't matter. First all, this place is a dump. It is also over crowded with not enough seating in the waiting room. The man who checked me in handed me paperwok to fill out that I had already filled out online. What's the point of doing so if no one bothers to even look? The technician who did my MRI was impatient and tried to rush me while I was changing. I was there for hip pain, so you'd think that would register in her brain that I might be moving slower than normal. She brought me into the room, had me put in the ear plugs and THEN started talking to me! Seriously? How stupid is this? She stuck some bulb in my hand but failed to tell me what it was for, nor did she tell me how long the test would take. I was furious when I left and had to bite my tongue to refrain from telling this technician exactly what I thought of her and her incompetence! I will NEVER set foot in this place again! read more

This review is mainly for the absolutely disgusting facilities. I can't fathom what these owners are thinking or how this place has repeat clientele? Why are doctors still referring patients here? I guess people don't know better. This place needs to be shut down due to lack of cleanliness and overall dilapidation. I certainly will never be back. Waiting room? Covered in dirt, dust and god knows what other stains. Probably hasn't been touched since the 80's at the very least. Exam rooms are old and nasty. Ceilings with tape holding up tiles, water stains everywhere. Dressing room doors are broken, locks don't work. It is just an absolute embarrassment. read more

Sigh...5 stars for the technicians in the back...they were super nice and made me feel comfortable. Super helpful and understanding!! Unfortunately I can't say that for the front desk person...because I did show up as they open, and another lady was there waiting too...when she'd open the door, that is ALL she did!! She didn't even hold the door open for the lady who was there before me, nor did she even say "Good Morning"!!! Unbelievable...for her I give ONE star...prefer NO STAR...anyway that is why I averaged it to 4 stars because everything was fine. Parking is okay because I went in the morning, but it can be a pain when it's packed in the afternoon. I had MRI done...again the tech in the morning rocked!! Super kind! She gets FIVE stars. Horrible service. I just got out of ultrasound appointment and i have to say the worst service ever. The young girl doing ultrasound on the second floor was unprofessional and rude. She was very unprofessional and cold young woman with no experience i could feel her bad energy look like she hates her job. i star feeling dizzy she made me feel not comfortable.For 10 min she was in one place going back and forth I had to run out in the middle of ultrasound and she told me you can't go . I can do whatever i feel to do instead you should of asking me why ? are you okay? i got out asked for water she gave me an attitude and slowly was getting water. I don't understand where they find and hire this people. you can't ignore patients like that young mean unhappy lady. Never go back. Stay away from this place. read more

EMy medical group EHS is closing it's doors 2/1. This will no longer be my center . too bad, staff is nice, easy to get medical records & tests here are a breeze.. Super Front Desk Staff, Mammo Tech was the most pleasant experience with this type of exam ever! No pain, she was terrific! MRI Tech was so personable and nice, i took a nap during my MRI. Bone scan was easy and took 10 minutes. This was one of the smoothest radiology outpatient testing center that I've had in over 4 years! ! i hade 3 appointments between 2 if their centers plus they found time at 8327 to do my 10 x-rays as a walk in in between appointments! X-ray techs are nice and helpful too. They are very respectful of your privacy and personal space. The tell you when they need to touch you to position you . I highly recommend this Center read more

I usually don't give out reviews, but I had to with this place. First, the lady at the front desk interrupted my mom in English after hearing her speak Spanish, telling us to sit down bc people were ahead of us. I had to translate for my mom otherwise she wouldn't have understood. And yes, the lady can speak both languages, she spoke Spanish when we left. Second, the woman seeing the patients was extremely rude and yelled every time she spoke. She called the names of five, including me. In a single file line, we walked into another room with chairs. As she was X-raying each patient in a separate room, I was able to hear every word she said since she was so loud. That was when I heard her tell one of them to speak English because he is in America. I believe her exact words were "You speak Arabic!? Speak English! You are in America!" They had to use google translate, making the woman more infuriated and still rude with everyone else. Thankfully, I had someone else do my X-rays and he was very polite and respectful. I came here a few months ago for x-rays. Fairly recently I asked my primary for R shoulder x-rays and im just getting around to doing it. This company moved buildings so I went to the new address and was told they can't take me bc they moved buildings and it wasn't set up. I already established myself months ago so moving shouldn't make a difference. They said I can drive to Tarzana, ya my Jeep gets 11 mpg, or pay cash. Why would I pay cash when I have insurance and im already established with you?!?!?! read more

I came in today 2/8/2022 at 3pm ( incase if owners want to check who worked at that time ) i am sure i am not the only one who complains about the same person at front desk. Very rude, cut you off, have trouble hearing or does not want to hear you at all. She was rude to everyone i witnessed there. The rest of the stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Receptionists are RUDE and HORRIBLE here. As you can see in the screenshot, my appointment was at 2:30pm. I received an email, phone call AND text reminders the day before. Once I showed up, I was told by a rude receptionist that my appointment was at "3pm" and they're also running 30 mins behind, so I had to wait over an hour. Obviously I told the receptionists about the confirmation email but she kept rudely saying "no, your appointment is at 3pm, you have to wait for over an hour or we need to reschedule"... I just drove over 40 mins to get here, why would I reschedule for their scheduling mistakes? The same things happened to THREE other patients while I was there. Receptionists do not believe their patients, apologize or perhaps think that maybe their system is broken or not synced properly. Every time, they rudely told the patients that they had the "wrong time", in reality, all of our confirmation emails could prove that we showed up on time. Basically, they tell you to show up 20 minutes BEFORE your appointment time, just to have you wait for almost AN HOUR AND HALF in the middle of the pandemic... I pity the women who are working at the front desk. They must really hate their lives to act so rudely to sick patients. At one point, she was yelling at a male Hispanic patient who did not speak English very well... What a poor customer service, and horrible human being. read more

I came here for a couple mammograms and an ultrasound. They are very fast in their processes, quick in and out. The doctor came into the room within 3 minutes of ultrasound to provide me with the results of the ultrasound. Everyone here were very nice. Turns out an ultrasound guided biopsy needed to be performed. Unfortunately this place doesn't do biopsies. read more

I've been to many different Radnet centers and to be frankly honest, I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this location in Northridge : unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. The minute I was about to step inside, the receptionist who's name is Alexis yelled across the lobby and with a rude, loud tone of voice says to me "excuse me close the door and step out!" Without letting me know the reason as to why she wanted me to step out. I was confused because prior to coming into the office I looked at the signs outside the office to see if there was a limit capacity but there was NO SIGNS that stated that. When I proceeded to step into the office I was in shock when Alexis yelled at me. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my entire visit. I waited outside patiently to be called in, mind you, it was over 100 degrees. I finally got called in and as I sat down and filled out my patient documents, I observed the way Alexis was treating the patients, including myself and it made me extremely uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes and was just rude overall with every single patient that came in, especially with those that didn't speak English or were hard of hearing. The receptionist that was sitting beside her was just giggling every time this would happen. Her attitude was unprofessional and I'm very disappointed that I had to witness all the patients be treated as if they were not important and were being yelled at and humiliated in front of others. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I will also be filing a complaint regarding this matter. I will be returning in a few weeks and I hope the next time I come in Alexis has a more positive attitude. What a bad experience. My appointment was for 10:00 am but was told to come 20 minutes early. I came at 9:15 bright and early anticipating to get the paperwork done in time and burning with anxiety. My heart sank when I was told my test might be a "little late" because there was a problem with the machine and the person doing my test is not here yet. So I waited, and waited, 10:40 am, I asked when will I be taken. Shortly after she said the machine is still occupied. Now the lady in the front dest just announced they will not take me until 12:00 noon!!!!!!!!! It was bad experience I would not wish for anybody! Run away from this place! read more

Are you f'in kidding me... Was told no appointment for XRays. Came in 10/4/16 at 11am, filled out some forms and waited for my file to be made. At 12 (an hour of waiting) I asked for an ETA. The nurse/receptionist/whatever said that there is only one person ahead of me, and that it's taking a bit of time due to only having one XRay tech instead of two. So I waited... Another hour passes, it's now 1pm and I go to ask again for another update. The lady says that the XRay tech they had, ONLY ONE, went to lunch and will be back in an hour and that there were TWO people ahead of me now, REALLY WTF?!?!!! This review is based on my experience with the front desk and the scheduling department over the phone. My doctor in the Northridge Hospital recommended me to get an US. When I came here on my first appointment, I was told they need to see an authorization form and it was too late for them to reach my doctor's office (which doesn't pick up anyways). A few weeks later I kept getting phone called from the scheduling department to schedule an US. Once I called them back I asked if they had the authorization form or if I needed to bring it with me. They assured me that they didn't need a form and they notated it on my account. So I go to my appointment and of course they say I can't be seen w/o the paper. The amount of frustration I have going back and forth with this place is huge. I'm completely over it. And the ladies in the front desk couldn't even take directions from the automatic phone system of leaving a voicemail to my doctors office. I really don't like this place at all. 1 star for offering free parking. read more
