    I was referred here for an x-ray (no choice, insurance choice). I tried calling for an appointment, but all appointments need to be made online. Except their online appointment system hasn't worked since at least three months ago when I took my son here for the same x-ray. So I decide to get there at opening so I can walk-in, get my x-ray done. and get to work. I arrived at 7:10am in pouring rain and wait in line. When it's my turn I share my referral slip and they tell me they don't do x-rays there. Except I was there for the same X-ray 3 months ago. Well they don't do them anymore and apparently haven't updated the insurance companies, their phone line, or their website. I can't drive due to my injury which I'm there trying to take care of, so now I need to go down the street in the heavy rain and wait outside until 8am for their sister office to open. Also the pest control guy going in and out of their space wasn't exactly a vote of confidence in how clean they are keeping their location. Avoid if you can, I'll be letting my insurance company know that this place doesn't do x-rays, since apparently the owners can't be bothered to tell the insurance companies themselves.

    I came here to do my MRI scan that a doctor assign me. I never came here and never had a MRI scan done. The moment I got the letter that my insurance approved the MRI scan, I called the number and they were able to fit me in the next day. I found the place easily because I was already familiar with the area. The parking can be tight if it's a busy day and the space is not wide in the middle so I parked my car toward the back with more space. When I walked in, I checked in with the host and after filling out some papers, I sat in the lobby. Shawn was my MRI tech and he was pretty chill. He asked about why I'm here and the process of the MRI. They have a private room where you change out of your clothes and put your stuff in a locker. The MRI scan took about 30 minutes but it was a simple process for me.

The level of care, compassion and professionalism is not only top-notch it is consistent. I have not had an MRI and 2 CT scans at Glenoaks Imaging. I am very distraught that my surgeon harmed me and cut away part of my metatarsal (foot) bone. My surgeon does not want answers, because he knows he botched me. With the help of Glenoaks imaging (including their incredible radiologists that create exceptionally thorough reports), I am able to get real answers that my surgeon can't dispute. It's only with these scientific answers that I am able to forge a path forward to try to fix my foot (which I can't walk on now). The compassion and immense care and attention to detail this team provides people, who are often under duress with a medical condition of some kind, is not lost on those of us who are suffering. As a complete asisde, a word of advise: If you are EVER in a situation where you must undergo surgery, PLEASE get THREE opinions before you go under the knife. Had I done this, I would very likely not be in the position I am now with pain, suffering and disability. God bless the entire team at Glenoaks Imaging. Please keep up the kind and thoughtful work. Your efforts are not lost on us patients.

When I went two and a half years ago for the same procedure I had no problem at all but now I am living in a nursing home with advanced Parkinson's and I am no longer ambulatory. My Nigerian CNA came with me. And we were treated like second class citizens. First the check-in clerk demanded to know the name of the driver who dropped us off. It was medical transportation. Finally they accepted the text I had on my phone from them. After that there was a relay delay because the technicians were upset that I had to be transferred from the wheelchair to the table. My caregiver helped get me on and off.. but during the scan the technician was cranky because she couldn't position me properly so it took longer. Everything went from bad to worse after that. I didn't have any water and our transportation was over 2 hours late so we ended up in the hot sun until we realized that I was going to pass out and then we went back inside and my CNA told them I just really needed water and they refused to give me any. My face got red and I became disoriented and desperate for water. It took me two days to recover. Shame on cedar Sinai for not treating disabled patients better

    Terrible Billing Practices & Unprofessional Behavior -- BEWARE!…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Women's Imaging Center and Dr. Morris-Chong's office. We were charged $250 up front for a screening that our insurance, Blue Shield, confirmed was covered 100%. Blue Shield was shocked that this facility charged us the way they did. While billing mistakes can happen, the real problem was how the office handled (or rather, mishandled) the situation. Even after we sent them the official Explanation of Benefits clearly showing full coverage with no copay, they continued to deny the facts, gaslight us, and insist that our insurance required payment. We had to get Blue Shield directly involved, and they confirmed not only that the visit should have cost $0, but that they had already paid the center -- meaning the office attempted to double-dip from both us and the insurance. To make matters worse, trying to get a refund was a nightmare. Front desk staff like Barbara C. dodged calls and gave the runaround, claiming she didn't handle billing and would "talk to the doctor " and that "the person that does billing hasn't been in the office at all". Really? How is that possible? After a few calls someone did eventually email us but that person did not seem knowledgeable with billing practices. After weeks of back-and-forth emails (where we were nothing but professional and polite), they agreed to refund only $160 (they confirmed they were mailing it out July 7th) -- not the full $250. Weeks passed with no check, and when it finally arrived at the end of July, it was for only $90. After that? Total silence. They completely ghosted us. Blue Shield has contacted me to encourage me to file a grievance against this practice as they feel cheated as well since they already paid them long ago and are shocked by the mishandling of their billing with our case. We have full documentation -- emails, call logs, and letters from Blue Shield confirming our position -- and are happy to share them with anyone considering this practice. This isn't about the money; it's about the principle. No patient should be treated like this, especially when already dealing with the stress of a suspicious medical finding. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior from a healthcare provider. Avoid this place at all costs.

She had the best bedside manner and explained everything to us to the point where we hardly had any questions. Whatever questions we did have were answered thoroughly. After the appointment, our nerves were calmed as we knew what to expect and were no longer in the dark about what the next steps were. I worked in the medical field for 12 years. I have never encountered a doctor like Dr. Morris. She is what every doctor should strive to be. Absolutely the best experience! I can't forget her office manager, Barbara! She is absolutely amazing--very professional and caring. Made the whole process simple and streamlined.

    I wasn't planning on writing a review, but after what happened, I feel obligated to warn others…read more I brought my dad to Renaissance Imaging Center (Downtown LA) for an ultrasound with Patricia. The appointment itself already felt off because the tech appeared extremely tired and unprofessional, and there was a noticeable smell of alcohol on her. It was concerning, but we tried to give the benefit of the doubt and move on. Later, the doctor informed us that the ultrasound had to be repeated due to a technician error. That means my dad now has to come back and go through the entire process again because the scan was done incorrectly the first time. This is not just inconvenient it's unacceptable. Patients trust imaging centers to be accurate, professional, and safe. When you're dealing with people's health, mistakes caused by negligence ar impairment are a big deal. Very disappointing experience, and I would seriously reconsider coming here if you're expecting quality care.
