Horrible place to bring your vechile if your in a crash , they billed my insurance 12k when job only was 6-7 k max , then 3months later my truck started over heating . They didn't want to fix it and blamed it on something else Not only that , they didn't put sensors that go with my truck , so it continually making nosises when it was next to nothing , also put a smalller bumper on my truck thinking I wouldn't notice . If you want your car to be more damaged than when you drop it off, you can use this body shop. If you like working with a bunch of liars and crooks, you can use this body shop. If you like to spend more money out of your pocket, use this body shop. I took in my Lexus for repair on front side fender and door. When I picked up the car after they repaired the car, there was an error message on the dash stating that safety sensors were inoperable. This indicator was not on when I dropped off the car. However, Northridge Collision kept insisting that they did not cause this error and it was there before (flat out lie). Then they blamed work from a previous body shop that replaced the side mirror, saying they used a non OEM mirror which caused the problem (again a flat out lie). They said I need to take it to a Lexus dealer and have the wrong mirror replaced out my own pocket, but if the dealer deems that the repair service was done incorrectly, they will reimburse. When I took it to the Lexus dealer they said that the wires inside the door panels were all loose and disconnected. These idiots took apart the door panel, didn't connect the wires before putting it back together, and then blamed another body shop for using incorrect parts. Lexus dealer confirmed all the parts from previous body shop was factory original (and the previous body shop had all the invoices to prove it). These crooks stopped responding to my emails and phone calls and completely ghosted me when I sent them all the documentation proving it was their fault. Fortunately the insurance company eventually stepped up and reimbursed me for the cost, after countless hours I had to spend going back and forth. There are numerous other reviews here of customers complaining of these guys blaming someone else for their defective repair jobs read more

Customer service is horrible. When I dropped off my car the owners & employees were enjoying their lunch in the customer waiting area. There were 2 seats available right in front but that's so uncomfortable. They gave me no heads up that my car would be ready. I literally got a call the day of to pick it up. Had I been given at least a day notice I could have made better arrangements with work....they are disrespectful, unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more

AAA referred them to me after an accident affecting my trunk and front, as I was pushed into the car in front of me, while waiting at a red light. Not only did they repair the damage faster than expected, they even sealed a portion of the trunk that was previously damaged, and had started to rust, from before I purchased the car (used) last year, without charging me extra for the work. Northridge collision center exceeded my expectations. Prior to my visit I've been going to the same body shop for almost 10 years. That shop has all of my favorite traits and customer service is very important to me. My only issue is that the shop is in the Bay Area and I live here now. Desperate to get my truck fixed after being rear ended by some kid texting while driving, I followed AAAs advice as they recommended this body shop highly and booked an appointment for me pretty quickly afterwards. Life got in the way and I had to reschedule not once but twice, both times it was very easy to do. The lady at the front is very understanding. Finally I brought the truck in and they got to work. 15 mins later all I could do is wait. The entire job took about 2 weeks. Shipping and part shortages were to blame, this is OUT OF THEIR CONTROL I totally get that. After two long anticipated weeks of getting my truck back. There she is, better than I expected looking rejuvenated and so shiny. The techs even gave me a rig wash, shined the tires, and cleaned the windows. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was very much appreciated this is what a job well done is all about! Big thank you to the whole team! You guys are awesome. read more

I had just purchased a new car the end of May that already was getting paint chips in it. Mazda made me to take it to Galpin Mazda to be repaired. They had it for three weeks and I just got it back today. They returned it to me dirty so it was hard to see if they did a good job as the back bumper, hood and rear quarter panel all had to be done. Because John did such great work on my previous car, I wanted an expert option on the work I had done at Mazda. I brought it here and he looked over the whole car for me. He found one little spot on the paint that should have been sanded more, but it's so small I would probably never notice it! The gals in the front are always sweet, and I really appreciate great customer service! They even gave me a recommendation for the tint shop that they use. I really wanted to bring my car here because they do such great work, but since Mazda was paying I had to go where they wanted. Highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them if God forbid I ever need to. read more

Got into an accident in October and took my car into this body shop on November 4th, in total it took a little over a month to get all the damages fixed and the guy that fixed my car even painted the damaged side all one color so you can't even tell I got into an accident! Took our 11' Chevy Cruze in for damage from a side impact collision and they replaced a wheel. Unfortunately the one they replace went flat over night. Filled it with air and drove it around and it was losing air so had to park it. Sent these people a contact form asking for assistance but no reply. Tires a really expensive Goodyear performance tires that are almost new and NEVER leaked. In fact these tires are (except for that one) are filled with Nitrogen and we were told that they would send it out for refill it but when we picked it up the guy says "We don't do that here". Inconvenience after inconvenience. Looks like we'll take the car to a real shop and get it fixed and let them and AAA figure it out. BAD customer service! read more

I was given the name of this place by Mercury Ins to get my car repaired. I looked at ALL the HORRIBLE reviews this place had but was going to give them a shot anyway. The Ins co sends them over my info. I arrive to get the car inspected and the lady tells me that they inspect on wednesday by appointment only, so I say, Perfect ! well today is wednesday can I make an appointment? She says No, it has to be NEXT wednesday, A WEEK FROM TODAY!! I should have heeded the warning about this place being a JOKE. read more

Two different times I had my car at Northridge Collision Center because of accidents. They were very friendly. They worked with my insurance. Each time my car came back looking better then new. I eventually traded the car in for a newer vehicle and the dealership couldn't even see that it was ever in an accident. Their work was excellent. One of the accidents was a big one with over $5,000 in damage to the front of my car. Everything from bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, etc. They fixed it all up and it looked good as new and drove great. I even had a minor rattle in the back which was just the deck lid hitting the back window. This was a problem before the accidents. They found it was just a missing screw and fixed it while they were doing the other work free of charge. This rattle was driving me nuts and they figured it out right away. I would highly recommend NCC for any auto collision repairs. They can be expensive but if insurance is paying then why not. They also helped me out when the rental car company which was designated by my insurance was getting everything wrong they contact them and made it all right for me. read more
