A "technician" came over to look at a window at my parents' house that was having issues. He used a…read moreSawzall on the trim, removing a portion of it to expose the bent rod, and went, "yep, the rod is bent." NO KIDDING, SHERLOCK. After following up with phone calls and in-person visits to get the window repaired, the rod was still not replaced. My father had to call another company to send someone to replace the rod, which got the window functioning again. The trim still looks like garbage, and QC Glass is dodging any efforts to RIGHT THE WRONG their brilliant technician caused by cutting into it. This P.O.S. company does NOT stand by their work and will ignore you long enough until you give up on calling and going in the store. The only thing they put effort into is telling you they'll do it and never showing up or following through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was looking for a mirror that was square with a single cutout for an outlet…read more I called around and QC had the lowest cost. They were roughly $25-40 cheaper than the others. I figured that it would be pretty tough to screw up such a simple order so I went with the cheapest. Guess you get what you pay for. It started off very good. I put a request for a quote via the company's website. I get fairly quick email responses and decided to have the glass ordered. I was told 3-5 business days. Fast forward an entire month and the bathroom is just about done and I'm ready for the glass. I have not heard a word about this glass since I ordered it. I contact QCG again and ask what the status was. I got 'I'll check with the warehouse and get back to you'. A few days later I get a call saying that my order was ready for pickup. What order? "You ordered a mirror 2 days ago". I said that I ordered a mirror over a month ago and got "Oh. Well, it's ready for pickup and we're open until 5". Oh? No "I'm sorry to hear that"? No asking for clarification. Just "Oh", which basically says "I don't care, come get your crap." I show up a couple hours later to pick up the mirror and the parking is awful, the office is extremely dirty and disorganized and the people were not very friendly. They pull out my order and there is no outlet cover like there was supposed to be. They say they will order one. They also wanted $17 for a face plate. Um... Home Depot sells them for $5. What's so good about yours? Anyway. I get the glass home (which was wrapped) and open it up. Stupidly, I never looked in the store. The bottom corner of the mirror was chipped off and there's chips on the cut out. The hole was larger than I requested and circular for whatever reason. There are a few chips that can't be covered by the face plate. Luckily the chips are at the bottom of the plate and far bottom corner so none of them are really noticeable. Then I get called saying the plate is in. I missed the call and heard a message that was less than pleasant. A couple days later I get another nastier message saying that I needed to pick it up or let them know I didn't need it so they don't have to bother to keep trying to reach me. Why would I respond to that? I got several messages that I ignored due to the fact that the caller was just rude and nasty. Eventually, I get a call that simply says that they were putting the plate back in stock and won't call me anymore. Next time I need any glass products, I'll call someone else and spend a few extra bucks. They clearly forgot my order and then just tried to play it off like nothing happened. I should have just left it at that and gone elsewhere instead of asking what happened.
