Then, when we tried to get her records to transfer to a new dentist they initially refused to send them, then told them they'd send them if we paid (per page) for the records, and then finally when they did agree to send them, took their sweet time so further treatment was held up. Seriously, run far away from this pathetic business!! The office manager is a nightmare to deal with and they had no remorse for placing my wife in a near death situation! If you chose to use this business, beware!!

She said they didn't offer a payment plan even though almost every other dentist does AND even though it said on the their website it was offered. Don't ever go to any of their offices, they need to be put out of business and are being investigated by the BBB.

I have several decayed teeth and was told I had to have them removed to prevent infection of the patch ASAP or the patch would fail causing a massive brain bleed that would cause my death. I had a referral per their requirement that even told them of the urgency. I explained all of this this to the scheduler who didn't care about my situation and said the soonest they could get me in for just a consultation would be in June and the procedure would be even later! I was able to get an appt with Pro Dental in Blaine for this Thursday. I would never go to The Dental Specialists as they don't really care about people.

On Friday at 5:15 PM, a nightmare scenario unfolded: my front crown and tooth completely fell out. I was incredibly shaken and embarrassed. The thought of facing the weekend with a gap in my smile was devastating. Thankfully, I called Dr. Weisbrod, and to my immense relief, he squeezed me in at 6:45 PM that same day. I had a…read morelittle PTSD from a horrible experience a year and half ago, but knew my family needed their check-ups. I read reviews but still reserved judgment. After my first visit, I realized this office is the kindest, most compassionate dental office I've ever been to. Not only is everyone kind from the first second you talk to them to make an appointment, but they do excellent work (I had a cleaning, filling and crown). Super efficient, quick and practically painless! Dr. Isaacson is kind to both patients and staff which impressed me as much as his skill and artistry. Because let's face it. Fashioning crowns, polishing teeth, etc. takes a skilled hand. I also LOVE the way Dr. Isaacson THANKED his dental hygienist (Ashlee) for her excellent work. And she truly is AMAZING! We have found our forever dentist and dental office.
