A True Dental Emergency Hero! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mike Weisbrod and the entire team at Isaacson Gentle Dentistry. On Friday at 5:15 PM, a nightmare scenario unfolded: my front crown and tooth completely fell out. I was incredibly shaken and embarrassed. The thought of facing the weekend with a gap in my smile was devastating. Thankfully, I called Dr. Weisbrod, and to my immense relief, he squeezed me in at 6:45 PM that same day. His willingness to help during an emergency like that was just incredible. Dr. Weisbrod was wonderful. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained all the options for restoring my tooth, and expertly provided a temporary fix. I was so grateful to be able to face the weekend without that missing tooth. Even better, he scheduled me for a permanent solution appointment within the same week! The customer service, as always, was amazing across the board. Everyone at Isaacson Gentle Dentistry is so professional and compassionate. With different jobs, come different insurance. And the need to find an in-network dentist. I had a little PTSD from a horrible experience a year and half ago, but knew my family needed their check-ups. I read reviews but still reserved judgment. After my first visit, I realized this office is the kindest, most compassionate dental office I've ever been to. Not only is everyone kind from the first second you talk to them to make an appointment, but they do excellent work (I had a cleaning, filling and crown). Super efficient, quick and practically painless! Dr. Isaacson is kind to both patients and staff which impressed me as much as his skill and artistry. Because let's face it. Fashioning crowns, polishing teeth, etc. takes a skilled hand. I also LOVE the way Dr. Isaacson THANKED his dental hygienist (Ashlee) for her excellent work. And she truly is AMAZING! They actually are gentle; it's not just the name. I admit it, I've been living in the area for 1.5 years now and didn't have a dentist. And then my teeth decided to rebel and I ended up trying to find one on a Monday night at 7pm. After an internet search and a few phone calls, Dr. Siverson called me back and promised to squeeze me in early the next morning to replace my missing crown. I've since had to go back 4 times (my fault, not theirs) for: reattach crown, prime teeth for bridge work, prime another tooth, and finally attach bridge. Each time they have been friendly and professional. They remember me and ask me questions. They explain each and every thing they are doing and what it means to me. In addition to some intensive dental work, I'm also pregnant and they have always shown concern not only for my baby but also for my personal comfort. It's not easy to like a dentist, but I do. I'm sending my daughter there for her first check-up this month and you know it takes a lot of thought to decide where to send your child. Highly recommended. read more

I was recommended Isaacson Gentle Dentistry by a friend and I will be going to them from here on out for all of my dental needs! I had to have 7 fillings done, and they were able to get all 7 done in an hour and a half. On top of that, I didn't feel any pain throughout the entire process. Been going to here for a few years now. And everyone their is so nice. My girls, 4 and 6, love going to the dentist. They always see Brianna and she is amazing with them, makes going to the dentist very fun!!
