It's a backpack, but it's a backpack purse and I'm not putting it behind the register so then I said, can I use your restroom she said it's for buying customers only so I was about to go grab a bag of chips and some so she was like excuse me I just said to go you need to put your backpack behind the register you know what you can just leave or I'm gonna call the police, and then the customer is yelling at me because she's showing out in front of him not being professional, that was just uncalled, for I am a grown ass woman and you do not have to talk to me like that this customer was being very rude and she was laughing making it worse or corporate needs to talk to this woman. This is very unprofessional of her I did not like that I come in the store every Monday and Friday night before I leave chico to drive to Sacramento to get a Red Bull and this is how I'm being treat it, I am calling corporate and I'm speaking to them behind this young lady. They created an entire 3rd lane between each gas lane for a REASON. I think people think they're being considerate by just waiting but so many more people would get through way quicker if they would go forward. Unless people are inconsiderate/thoughtless and park further out when getting gas (which sometimes happens - please don't be that person), you can get through. Idk what some people are on about with the "get less gas mileage than other places" but I completely disagree. I get the same mileage per tank even when I end up having to go somewhere else like when traveling. I find the quality to be high; I've never had any issues with my vehicle after consistently getting Costco gas for like a decade. Hands down my favorite gas. Service is good. They always have an attendant walking around and they are attentive to any spills or needs you request such as if you are disabled, you can honk and they will come to you. Since there's no convenience store, they are focused completely on the gas.

All because she couldn't figure out how to transfer gas from one pump to another!? Wow. She's still working there and still swearing and yelling at customers and fellow employees. I will not be going back and I spent $150+ a week here. I told all my friends and they will never go, and ones that did go here, don't anymore. Go to AmPm or 7-11 down the street. Prices WAY lower and staff definitely way friendlier! They don't need straight jackets at least! (If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars).
