Somehow Sam's managed to put on a wrong size of tire and messed my differential up. I went back to Ulmer to get estimate for the repair, and Steve was so helpful as always, he's not only help me deal with Sam's insurance company but also went extra miles as putting new batteries in my key fob without me even asking. Brian at Ulmer's helped us with pictures and video of the problem caused by the previous repair. They also squeezed her car into their busy schedule and got it done in a reasonable amount of time.
