When they discovered an additional issue right before they returned my vehicle, they did not charge for labor and even gave a discount on the part. When my AC recharge did not work the first time due to an underlying issue discovered later, they also did not charge for the failed AC recharge. The workers are always kind, patient, and explain issues thoroughly and carefully. They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right. My father listened to the Dale Donovan car show on Cincinnati's local radio station for years. We love supporting this local business! Shout out to Wayne for being so sweet and kind.

An affordable mechanic? No way! Yup- it is true, I found the perfect auto shop for my baby- my Jeep!!! I stumbled upon SGA through a friend. I popped into the office in hopes of scheduling a future oil change and was pleasantly surprised when Carlos, the manager, said he could take care of my girl right away. This was awesome news because I have neglected my girl and her oil change was long over due. Within minutes my car was on the rack. I relaxed in their office area- which looks NOTHING like the drab, greasy, cluttered, and dirty customer waiting area you expect to find at the mechanics. This place is very retro with an old school record player (and an awesome selection of vinyls), amazing photo prints line the walls (compliments of Carlos's brother- the photographer) and the environment is so clean and welcoming. I talked with the employees long after my Jeep was finished (which only took 20 minutes.) These guys are so warm & friendly you just want to hang out all day and have coffee & conversation! They also offer a very cut-to-the-chase rewards card... Every $1.00 you spend on their services, you get .05 cents back on your rewards card. I estimate if I bring my Jeep here for regular oil changes than I'll accumulate enough rewards to use towards a free oil change... Who doesn't love free??? I HIGHLY recommend you pay these folks a visit!

There are so many amazing things I could say about this business, every time I try to start writing…read morea review it ends up into a novel that nobody wants to read, so I'll keep it short. I've never encountered such amazing, trustworthy individuals here. Sylvester, in particular, is such a selfless and kind person who went out of his way for me on so many different levels. I don't know much about cars, and have been taken advantage of in the past by auto mechanics so I called in to simply ask for advice about my Jeep which was with the dealership and my loaner car they had given me got a flat tire, and when I went to exchange for a new loaner they were making me pay for a while new replacement tire plus the cost of labor. I didn't feel this was fair but didn't know what was normal, so I was upset and had no one to turn to for advice, I honestly felt helpless against the guy at the dealership that was being rude the entire time and forcing me to pay for a tire replacement before giving me a new loaner to get back to work. I had taken my car for a long time to Anderson Auto when I was in college and lived close to Anderson and haven't needed any maintenance on my new car so I hadn't done business with them in 5+ years but I have always recommended them because of the great quick service and trustworthy people. So anyways I called Anderson Auto with no one else to turn to to ask for advice and Sylvester consoled me when I was upset and had me ask the dealership a few questions and offered to replace the tire for just the cost and to squeeze me in ASAP. He also even offered to reimburse me for some of the cost if I got my tire replaced AT THE DEALER and literally pay for their additional charge so I could have the convenience of getting it done quicker and more convenient. WHO DOES THAT!? He offered money out of his own pocket *cue me crying like a baby*. I totally didn't keep it short like I said I would LOL but anyways, I would trust any of the employees here in a heartbeat, they're honest people who do great work, and I can speak for them ever since I started going to them in about 2008. I was just so touched by this experience, I can't stop thinking about it and telling people. I've never experienced an act of kindness like this before, Sylvester is an amazing person and Anderson should feel lucky to have such an amazing person working for them. I will forever remember this experience and continuously recommend them. Thank you, Sylvester - it meant everything to me!

I was treated super well, and not over sold on anything like other places have tried to do with me. Konen's was an absolute life saver and they didn't charge us a dime! My son called me late…read moreThursday night, his vehicle broke down an hour from home at Newport on the Levee. He met some friends there at the movies. He left his vehicle in the parking lot and got a friend to bring him home. My husband is night shift so the next morning he came home from working all night, hooked the truck to the trailer grabbed the wench box and straps to get my son's car before time ran out on the parking space. When we got there the car was in a tight spot and there was no way to back the 20' trailer up straight on, best he could do was 90 degrees and my son's vehicle wouldn't come out of park. My husband managed to wench it out of the spot and on the trailer but it was crooked and the back passenger tire was barely on the trailer and since it wouldn't come out of park, there was no rolling it off and trying again. It was very unsafe, we would not be able to make it home like that. He said we'll drive to the closest garage and borrow a floor jack (with wheels) to put under the rear axle and straighten it on the trailer. He slowly started driving towards home and I started calling garages near me. I couldn't believe it three garages said no they wouldn't help-it's too much of a liability. I kept trying. Konen's Pittstop in Belleview, Ky said yes they would help, now we just had to make it there. When we arrived a man came out spoke to my husband and brought out the floor jack, positioned my son's vehicle squarely on the trailer and wouldn't take anything for helping. I can't describe the gratitude and relief we felt. We could now safely make the trip home. We later found out the man who helped us was Konen's Pittstop owner Rob Pitts. Thank you again Mr. Pitts for your kindness.

On the way to the park, our car started making a LOUD noise in the front end. It sounded BAD. Metal on metal. I dropped the family off at the park and called. When I get there, we go for a test drive and the noise is just as loud. They give me a ride back to the park and say call in a couple hours. Here's where it gets good: when I call they say its fixed. They took the wheels off and couldn't find anything but a tin lining that was a little out of round. They bent it back in place. Come on and get the car, it's ready. Best of all, NO CHARGE.
