All I can say is - I don't know why anyone goes to a hospital!! Before baby arrival - Amanda made me feel like a human being, not a baby production factory. I never had to deal with an underpaid front desk staff - I always had direct contact with her. She took time for all my questions, never made me do extra, or coerced me to do something. When I was late or needed to reschedule there was never a late or cancelation fee, just understanding that I was a busy person. During and after delivery- I made all the choices, I was allowed to follow the flow of my body, and Amanda just gave me confidence I needed. She of course had all of the expertise to keep me safe, but she never made me feel belittled or like I couldn't do it - which was the experience I had during my hospital delivery. So all in all - she helped me have the perfect delivery experience! I felt empowered by what my body could do, in the comfort of my own home, and had a healthy baby.

She gave me the space I needed to birth how I wanted and it was comforting knowing there was a trained and watchful eye there as I am a midwife myself and really value the skills an educated and experienced midwife brings. Amanda was a great presence for me! Highly recommend.

Words cannot describe the gratitude I feel for Tiffany. She has became my friend through the…read morepregnancy and delivery of our little girl. I was recommended by another friend who used her services and from our first meet and greet, I knew she was a great fit. This was my 2nd home birth and I knew I wanted to try a new midwife with my 2nd pregnancy. Tiffany is attentive, real, extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Home birth is about choice, power, safety, spiritual, honoring the birther and child. Tiffany touched on all these and so much more. She delivered the facts, research and left the choices to the parents. From a young adult, I knew I wanted a home birth. After watching the "The Business of Being Born" it solidified my desire. Then covid happened and I was sold on home birth. Now, I can't imagine having gone through labor and birth with the restrictions of a hospital. Thank you Tiffany for showing me care, kindness, protection, and reassurance that I can do it, I did it, we did it and now I only wish I wanted more and more babies so I can go through this scared experience with Tiffany again. And the fact that she brings her business partner, Amanda who is another practicing midwife to all births really portrays the support every birther should have

Tiffany completely changed my birth experience - on baby #5. I had four hospital births before…read morethis, three with epidurals and Certified Nurse Midwives and 1 unplanned natural with an OB. The last experience pushed me to try something new this time. And I'm so incredibly grateful. Tiffany gave me all the information to questions I asked in a very non-biased way. She gives you lots of time at appointments and is so easy to talk to. She lent me books to read and helped me feel empowered that I could have exactly the birth I wanted. When I had prodromal labor after my due date she came to my home for a non stress test and predicted that the cord was around the neck and suggested getting monitored at the hospital just to be sure everything was ok and that baby could withstand birth at home. She didn't take any unnecessary risks. The birth was at home, calm and perfect - even better than I had hoped (and Tiffany was right - the cord was loosely around the neck). She connected me with Meredith at Nourish Nevada - the most amazing lactation group that has blessed my life after 4 failed breastfeeding experiences with my others. She recommended an amazing pelvic floor therapist that helped my birth be amazing and my recovery even better. I'm actually mourning that this is my last baby because I'm finally surrounded by this incredible team of women who know how to help you have the best experience with birth, have a strong body, feed your baby like a pro and feel so proud of yourself and what your body can do. I can't express how much I wish I had found Tiffany and my team sooner. But better late than never I suppose.

She was aware of the potential strains related to post-partum bodies and instructed us accordingly. After having a great session we did some yoga with our infants, which was adorable. The location is great and the facilities are wonderful. A children's room and child care is especially helpful. Overall a wonderful experience. I'm happy to return since they are clearly so geared toward families. Can't wait for my baby to grow up in this community!

They even have recordings I can access when a class does not fit my schedule. I feel like the is studio is much more generous than some. For example, their cancellation policies are not as harsh. Membership fees are extremely reasonable. When I joined as a member, I was able to get a free tank top from their gift shop. And they even organized a safe outdoor photoshoot for families, which we really appreciated and would not have had the mind to plan during Covid. I look forward to returning in person and bringing my baby as they even have childcare!

This was my first visit at OB Gyn Associates' new location at Sierra Medical Plaza. I really liked…read morethe old location, but I have to say this place is nice!! The space seems to be so much bigger. The staff has always been great and from my experience today, that hasn't changed a bit. Today I was here for my yearly exam with Dr. Working, who I have been seeing for over 10 years. She is simply the best!

My experience with this OB office was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely upsetting…read more Throughout my pregnancy, I dealt with severe symptoms including vomiting to the point my throat was bleeding, GERD and heartburn so bad I lost my voice, and one-sided leg swelling, which is a known red flag. These were not minor discomforts and directly impacted my ability to safely perform my job in the medical field. Despite this, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as "normal pregnancy symptoms," without meaningful evaluation. At one point, the clinic supervisor called me while I could barely speak due to losing my voice. I explained clearly that it was from severe reflux and heartburn. She said she would get me in to see Dr. St. Pierre, but when I was seen, that concern was not meaningfully addressed. I was told earlier in my pregnancy that if my symptoms became unmanageable, I could speak with Dr. St. Pierre about being taken off work. When I did, she initially refused to complete disability paperwork and dismissed my situation. She also referenced Nevada being a "right to work" state, which is unrelated to medical leave. My mother-in-law, who has decades of HR experience, was present and confirmed that statement was inaccurate. After significant pushback, the paperwork was eventually accepted, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. I was even directed to labor and delivery triage to initiate paperwork when my OB was unavailable, only to receive more resistance there. There was no continuity or clear process. Dr. St. Pierre also took multiple trips during my pregnancy. When I reached out with complications, I was told they could not assist because my OB was out of town. There did not appear to be adequate coverage. At my final appointment, instead of a discussion about my condition, the first thing Dr. St. Pierre said was, "Why don't you just get induced since you're so uncomfortable?" I was not yet 39 weeks, and there was no explanation of risks or reasoning. It felt dismissive. In contrast, when I saw Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, she clearly explained my stress test results and provided thoughtful guidance about induction. The difference in communication and care was significant. Continuity of care in this office is poor. I rarely saw the same provider. During one visit, Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada greeted me with "Who do you belong to?" which set the tone for how impersonal the office feels. Additionally, during two stress tests with Dr. St. Pierre, nothing was explained. I was left without clarity during an already stressful time. To be fair, Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, Nurse Practitioner McKenzie Rosette, and Dr. Mellum provided good care. However, my experiences with Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada and Dr. St. Pierre were the opposite. On the administrative side, the office felt transactional. I paid around $1,500 and remained current, yet was consistently pressured for payment before being checked in. Requests for minimal flexibility were treated as a problem. I also raised concerns with the clinic supervisor and received no meaningful support. Overall, this office felt cold, disorganized, and lacking in communication and compassion. I regret choosing this provider for my pregnancy. If you are looking for supportive prenatal care, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We can not sing her praises enough she was absolutely so encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process!!!! Highly recommend her if you are looking for a special and intimate birthing experience!!! It all started on March 13th at 9:30 am in the morning...John and I were taking about my water breaking and how that would be... moments later my water broke! My official due date was March 24th it was surreal I could hardly believe it was happening... I was able to rest a bit and take it easy till around 3:30 pm when my contractions started. They came on fast and furious but I was able to manage the pain with my AMAZING HUSBAND BY MY SIDE!!! my mom and best friend also helped me through each contraction as they kept getting closer together and lasting longer each time... I can not explain how my body was in full control and I was just along for the ride... at around 9 pm our midwife arrived at that point I had just started to feel the pressure to push. Diane Schaub our midwife empowered both my husband and I to feel confident in our decision to have a home birth I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the ultimate special experience that birthing your child at home provides. After a few hours of pushing at 12:34am my husband helped guide our son into this new world. We are both in awe of the process and are so madly in love with our son Clayton Rae Keady he has brought so much joy and love into our lives and its only been a week so excited for all that the future holds for our little family!
