We were traveling from Illinois to Signaw michigan for a wedding on a late friday evening. The steering went out on our car, about 15 miles from our destination. We had never been there before so we had it towed to a local Ford dealer in Signaw. We had to be back in Illinois by the following Monday. The next morning I tried to call the Dealership several times, to tell them what we had done, but no answer. The fourth time i called, I misdialed and got Notth End Auto Service. A guy named Abraham answered. I told him our problem. He said he would try very hard to get it fixed that day ( which was Saturday) . I gave them permission to go to the dealership and get our car and fix it. Abraham kept in touch about their progress. They had to go several miles to get the part, which basically was the whole steering system for the car. They close at 5:00, so at 3:45 Abraham called and said he would have someone to come to our hotel to pick us up because they were nearing completing the job . We drove away in our car at 4:45. We can not praise Abraham and his mechanics enough for the way they handled our situation. 10 stars seems so small for what we think of their complete service. We would give them a million stars but not enough room. Btw, we checked with our mechanic at home, not telling Abraham 's price. He was close to 25% higher than we paid North End Auto Service
