Before they touched it, my chimney had worked fine for 20 years. After they "fixed" it, my chimney no longer drafts as it used to and I get a lot of smoke backing into the house -- even with the damper wide open. Will be installing to a wood stove to fix the problems resulting from their work. A stove that they will NOT be involved with.

The sub contractor was in such a hurry to get the job done in one day they did not replace some of the plywood that the contract stated would be replaced. As result the roof shingles are lifting in some areas which will impact the life of the roof. I had called, texted and e-mailed Bruce with limited response saying he will take care of it. We had our house painted and had some structural repairs and finish work done. His prices are very fair compared to others, and his business success is mostly by word-of-mouth. His employees are very considerate and make it a point to clean up at the end of each day's work. Bruce is very particular about the work he and his crew performs for his customers. In particular is Bruce's follow-up after the work is completed, both near-term, and a year later, to confirm we were still satisfied with his work, or if anything needed to be addressed.
