My home security alarm began beeping and it said the battery was low. I went into the closet where the alarm box is located but didn't see anything wrong. I called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me to go in the basement to where the electrical panel is. Yikes! There was a tiny leak in an overhead pipe and the area around the panel was wet and so was the floor and wall. My alarm wasn't working because of the leak. The socket where the alarm system is plugged in was wet. I immediately called the plumbers and they came over and fixed the leak. Once the area dried out, I again called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me what to do to get the alarm system back up and working. He stayed on the phone with me til the alarm all set. This is why everyone should deal with a legitimate company run by people who know what they're doing and how to treat their customers well.

They know us personally, are nice and conscientious when they come out to the house, and are mindful of what we want for a system, not just what would be simplest for them or would cost the most money. Every time I interact with Bonnie or Kevin (or anyone else from their office), I appreciate that they are a small, local business where good customer service and support is a given.

We had spreadsheets and lists and more questions than necessary. After a couple of weeks of digging, there was a clear choice for us. NoBul Security had everything we wanted from an excellent product, fantastic support and very fair pricing. They made security suggestions for our home, helped us make a plan for our kids in the event of a robbery, talked through fire safety, taught us and our kids how to use the alarm system. We live in a nice neighborhood without a lot of threat, but i have to say this system really gives me an added level of confidence in our safely. I also trust that if we have an issue or a question it will be addressed immediately.
