Being a new motorhome, there were some issues to work out. One major one being one of the roof mount AC's did not work. I brought it back to the selling dealer after having to wait for 3 weeks for what was a warranty issue only to sit at the dealer for a little over 5 hours to have them tell me, Sorry we can't fix it with no resolution. I went on the Motorhomes forum and another RV'er from Maine suggested I give Ct. Motorcars a call. I did and spoke with Wendy, she made an appointment for me in 4 days after my initial call. She did say they may not be able to fix it on the spot, but they could at least let me know what the issue was. I brought it down and left it for a couple days and they did diagnose the issue, (Needed a new AC) but meanwhile they fixed other issues that I wasn't expecting them to do. I was able to acquire an AC through Tiffin Motorhomes, they shipped it to CT Motorcars in short order, Ct Motorcars had me drop the motorhome for another couple days and problem fixed. I can't say enough about how well we were treated with the resolutions in place. I will not hesitate to return there if repairs are needed

In summary, they did an awesome job replacing smashed a tail light and fixing the nasty/adjacent dent that looked pretty tricky, restoring to new condition like the damage was never there! Also, cost was reasonable... which we can't always say these days. Getting there takes some attention: Using address & any navigation app will get you 'almost' there, basically at entrance of Grace Ave. in Plainville (west off Whiting St.), which is a small industrial park and the road is "U" shaped. If you're driving south on Whiting, Universal Auto is 2nd entrance onto Grace Ave. Anyway, hopefully you don't need this service, but if you do, you'll be in good hands at Universal Auto (not to be confused w/ Universal Motors in nearby New Britain).

He got there and winched my truck on the tow and drove it about 15 mins to his shop. I went to go pay for the tow the next day and he showed me a bill for $500 dollars! He added a bunch of extra bs like clean up fee even though he didn't clean anything up it was the firemen! Anyways I live out of town so I couldn't bring it to my house right away so he let me know it was 30 dollars a day for indoor storage. Two weeks go by and I'm ready to get the truck picked up he wants to charge another 510 dollars and didn't even store my truck inside! Not to mention the first time I went to go look at the truck he was trying to get me to sign the title over for 300 dollars after basically saying I wouldn't sell it for under 2,000 he went to the back and he came back out with white powder on his nose saying he'd do 500 dollars. It was at that moment I knew I was dealing with a straight up junkie. Long story short. If you use this shop in the future or for your towing needs, prepare for the worst.
