I stopped going to this dental office after one dentist said I needed a couple crowns and then the next visit a different dentist said I needed five crowns! The next dentist I went to (in the same ownership group), said he didn't see the need for any of the crowns they were recommending. read more

The staff was very nice and that's what prompted the 2 stars. However, unless you have incredible dental insurance or are very wealthy or don't mind selling a kidney to pay for your dental bill, then this is the place for you. This office is corporate owned and therefore they push treatments that are not necessary in order to pay for all the state of the art equipment. They lure you in with a new patient dental cleaning for $59, but then they do all kinds of extra exams that will lead to "let's discuss what we see" chat. I was told many frightening things things about my teeth that any vulnerable person would believe and my bill would be over $7 thousand for ONE side of my mouth. They offer an in house insurance "deal" that cuts the bill in half so it makes it seem like they're offering you a great deal, but in the end seems dubious. I decided to go for a second and third opinion, turns out my teeth only need a minimal amount of work and they're generally fine. I do NOT need the $7K price tag of unnecessary treatments nor the fear mongering that put me in distress for several weeks. Due to the high stress I experienced over my visit, and in retrospect seems reckless on their part, I feel inclined to leave this review which they already hid somehow from google reviews. This office is beautiful and you feel with all the expensive equipment, they're really doing you a service, but I would highly recommend staying away from these corporate owned dental practices. Stick with family owned and you get better rates without all the gloom and doom diagnosis with a high price tag. read more

Never bring anyone to this place. I came here to get to crowns put on, they had me get my wisdom teeth removed first for some reason (the crowns were at the front of my mouth). Then had me go to a different place and hour away from them just to share my crowns, then dragged their feet for 2-3 months to let me know when the crowns would arrive. Once I came in the next time they had an availability, they said they've been trying to contact me for weeks about my crowns, which is bullcrap cause I never heard a peep from them. Then when they were removing my temporary crowns the dentist recklessly broke one of my teeth off completely and commented how he knew it was brittle when he shaved it for the temporary. Like excuse me?! You knew it was fragile and chose to wiggle it around aggressively with metal pliers?? I told them to just shave down the other one till it was safe to come off and they said that's a better idea. Why in the hell does the patient have to tell you how to do your job?! The dentist refused to compensate me at all for the $700 crown we could no longer put on, and then proceeded to blame me for the broken off tooth., saying it was due to "my neglect". Then immediately started telling me of all the options I had to get the tooth replaced, all the surgeries, how long they would take, and how much each would cost. They only want to leech all the money out of you that they can. I was already terrified of dentist in the past due to bad experiences, and this is definitely high on my list. Never bring anyone here, they don't care about you, they only care about the money they can get and aren't afraid of destroying your teeth and blaming you for their recklessness. If I could give negative 5 I would do it in a heart beat. read more

don't ever refer anyone to this scam of a place. I have some of the best insurance out there pays 80 to 100% of everything that we can have done and they literally my daughter family member to pay the rest of it before letting her leave literally holding her hostage in the waiting room. And whoever the front is holds all the keys to the kingdom apparently because she monitors who gets in and who gets sent to collections. They don't care about helping your teeth be better and you being out of pain they care more about the dollar. I will never recommend anyone to this horrible place. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but I feel like I have to. Im very disappointed in this establishment. They straight up lied to me telling me I need to get all of these services done. Something didn't feel right as I have been to other dentists and they never mentioned anything close to what he told me. I went to get a second opinion and sure enough I was lied to. Stay away from this dentist. They recommended work that was not necessary and was rejected by my insurance. I had to pay hundreds of dollars because my insurance rejected all work performed. This is a great office with exceptional care everything from check-in to having my teeth cleaned was a breeze. This is a corporate dental office and the primary purpose of their work is the profit they can make for the company, not the welfare of you the patient. The office manager mis-represented what was covered by insurance and I ended up paying hundreds of dollars that could have been saved for work that would have benefited me instead of them. She refused to talk to me or my insurance provider and delayed reimbursing me some of the over-charge as long as possible. She probably got a raise in pay, while making my experience a nightmare. read more

They overcharged me and over-quoted me and when I asked for clarification, they didn't explain and just expected me to pay for the services with such a "matter of fact" attitude. The office is very clean and nice, and the staff are very friendly. They have nice equipment, and they will be transparent and explain everything as you go in your appointment. I usually dread going to the dentist and will admit I stopped going for a few years because I had bad experiences prior at a different dentist. I recently switched to Northeast Gilbert Dentistry back in September of 2021 and I absolutely love it. I strongly recommend this dentist office. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Armstrong is awesome. He's gentle, thorough, and personable. The office is brand new with a modern feel to it. It's super clean and inviting. The wait if any, is never long, usually just a few minutes to get taken back. They are also so good about going over prices (if your insurance doesn't cover it) and asking whether you're comfortable moving forward with the procedure or not. For example, mine didn't cover fluoride that they recommended and they let me know and asked if I was okay to move forward with that recommendation. To top it off, making your first initial appointment is so easy to do. You just go online to their website and do it all there and it doesn't take long. Dr. Pierre-Jerome really shows a lot of care and attention. She takes the time to show you and educate you about the health of your teeth as she explains plans for treatment.
