It took them only 3 weeks to put on a new roof, re-paint both front and back decks, remove old carpeting, clean all kitchen cabinets and appliances, clean two bathrooms, paint every room inside, wash all windows inside and out, repair and power wash the siding on the outside of the house, get rid of some mold in the basement and put in all new carpeting. This was the case for the family's home on Leslie Dr. A leak developed in my granddaughters room after a particularly heavy bout of hail and rain. This would not do. My son-in-law, being the proactive and protective father that he is, made the call. He phoned Five Points Roofing, and Darcy immediately took control of the situation. She counseled him on what information the insurance company would need and how to proceed further. Darcy was an angel. She took the worry and angst out of the process. When the day came for the roof replacement, it went off without a hitch. I was asked to be a go-between as the rest of the family were in school and working. The crew showed up bright and early. David, the crew lead man, had those guys moving. It was a well orchestrated operation. I heard them pounding away for a few hours, and then before I knew it, they were done. The pounding had stopped, and I heard them dragging the nail magnet. I walked out of the house and said to myself, "Whoa dude, they're done!" I had expected it to be a lot longer. Their clean-up was immaculate. You wouldn't have known that anyone had been there. This is a top-notch, well run operation. You shouldn't have any reservations on having them put a lid on your house. Now all we need is a good hearty rain to test their work. Quick Tip: With all the pounding and noise going on, you may want to give your pets a chill pill to keep them from going nuts. Better yet, send them to Grandma's house. She'll only have to give them treats.

They sent out a representatives to look at my leak and the first thing he said was thar my roof is 10 years old like that matters because the last time we had an ice storm was when they installed my roof. Google it but the ice shield should last as long as the roof. Last, the ice shield was extra when I purchased the costly engineered shingles. True 30 year shingles if installed properly. Not sure if this is a company you can truly trust or rely on. I am sure they have an excuse for every issue you experience after the fact. Good luck....

Fitz Roofing put way too many nails in my Headwall flashing. When I asked Kory about it he was…read moredefensive and rude. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence. He mocked me. He belittled me and the situation. He was condescending. At one point he even accused me of lying. He threatened me and hung up on me. He never offered a reason for why my flashing had so many nails just said that I was controlling and that's how my neighbor's house is. Some spots had 2-3 nails right next to each other. They installed a Certainteed roofing system on my house. I contacted Certainteed and received the flashing manual it says a nail every 12". Some roofers I have spoken with said 2 to 3 feet between nails. I was never given the option of replacing the flashing that obviously needed replacing. If you have had a similar situation, please post here. I don't want anyone else to feel the way Kory made me feel. Other things I overlooked during the job. They changed my initial install date without asking or notifying me. They replaced a section of facial board without sealing it or painting the exposed back side. Please review the photos and make your own decision. If I ever replace my roof again, I will make sure that every piece of flashing gets replaced and any if at exposed nails will be at a minimum. The part that bothered me the most is the way Kory treated me.

Recently Fairview experienced a severe hailstorm with hail sizes of almost baseball size. Without any hesitation I reached out to Roofer Rx because I knew from previous experience that Jimmy and his crew could handle the job. In the past, Roofer Rx has repaired the roof over our back deck and also installed/replaced two skylights. Both of these jobs were completed by a professional and competent crew. We were very happy with their work and the price. When it came time for the work to begin on the new roof, we were amazed at how quickly his crew went about the removal of the existing shingles and the installation of the new ones. The work was completed in one day! The clean-up was excellent, they left nothing behind. Our lawn and landscaping were untouched and you could not tell that any work has been done. With all three jobs, Jimmy came out and reviewed the damage to determine what was needed. He gave us a fair estimate and he stuck to it. We feel that in all three jobs, the price we paid was worth the value. I have recommended Jimmy and Roofer Rx to others and will continue to do so. Their work is professional, they are experienced and they know what they are doing.

I could never recommend him after this experience. When I had to call him back to regrout a portion of the bathroom floor where the grout was coming out in chunks - he used a different color.

Was to use the drawer and door faces from old cabinets. He promised it would work just fine. When they did not fit, he just left me hanging with $2800 in cabinets that are useless to me stating that I could: a) get custom doors made to rectify; b) use the horrible faces that did not match which came with his order; OR c) I should try and sell them on Facebook marketplace and see what I could get. Nick hardly ever showed up at the job, always in a rush, left his very young helper (son-in-law) to do everything and his helper had thrown the boxes the cabinets came in away so they could not be returned. Very unprofessional contractor and has no problem lying to cover for his errors.

Wonderful re-build--bright shiny new walls and floor--which then made the 50 year old ceiling look really ugly, so unplanned new ceiling! They also did a few other things that made our lives easier--always with a smile! John shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will, with friendly, competent, hard working subs! He will be my first go to guy from now on--I have several out door jobs planned for Broderick Builders for later--when it's not so hot! Thank you John!!
