Preston pulled the ladder out of his car, got up on the roof and glued the shingle down. After all that, he stated that the roof still has quite some time in it. Preston acted very courteous and professional, and there is no question as to what roofer i will call to get it replaced.

We had some issues with lazy decision making without our consent. Those were handled according during renovations so that's fine. However, we are just over 2 years living in our home and we already have to hire a roofer because of how awful the job was. We have multiple leaks. Ascension came out less than a month ago and they claimed the roof was fine and have refused to fix their mistake which is why I'm now here. We ended up refinancing with a loan that required additional hoops for Bryan to jump through, and he was timely and thorough in all that was asked of him by the lender. Also, Bryan's initial estimate only veered when he uncovered some prior damage to the house and when we altered what we wanted, there were no surprises. The work he did was incredible. We went from a 3/1 with a tiny kitchen and no real dining space or laundry area (both were contained to the kitchen area), to a 3/2 with a massive (to us) master suite, a beautiful kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room.
