They cover everything: light fluffy, flaky, crunchy, layered. This place looks like a traditional bakery in a European village - I love it. I have been coming back ever since. A beautiful brew with incredible length and brilliantly made too. I'm in a bit of shock about how much I enjoyed it here. I found the ham and gruyere to be an excellent combination. It was flavorful and I enjoyed the creamy gruyere cheese. While the croissant was good, I don't get the hype though. I've had croissants that are just as flakey in other countries.
