I make something similar at home so I really enjoyed this. The prices are a bit high but it's one of two legitimate coffee shops within 20 miles that is open regularly so I was willing. It's a nice space with plenty of seating and a nice quiet area to work if needed.

We bought a take and bake frozen raspberry pie for the next time we have guests over. Mom also got a brownie, which she said was very good as well. The wide selection of pre made salads and sandwiches looked great as well as the large selection of take and bake meals and side dishes. This is my favorite type of a local gem to discover. It's a perfect spot to stop on the way to or from Lake Placid. I actually visited twice in the same day! It's open Friday-Monday (as of when I visited in November'23).
