I highly recommend using North Valley Shuttery! Everyone was so kind and communicative from the moment I contacted them. My primary bedroom was baking in the sun and becoming uncomfortable for a lot of months during the year. Steve came out and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I not only got exactly what I wanted, but it looks even better than I could have imagined. I have the option of complete blackout or bright and sunny. If you want to feel stress free and confident in your choice for shutters this is the company to hire! Memo did an excellent job with the installation and was very friendly and left my room looking brand new with the new shutters! read more

Steve installed my shutters for the entire house and roller shades for the back patio door. It's been 4 years and everything is still functioning as it should be. Customer service was great. I had 2 shutters that didn't come in the right size. Took awhile to replace but he replaced them as he stated he would. Would definitely recommend this business. read more

Steve is a delightful person and extremely knowledgeable about window coverings. I liked all his suggestions and ideas. He knew I was limited with a budget for five windows, this project was unexpected! I decided to purchase from another company who had less expensive, something totally different in a roller shade. I would give 5 Stars to Steve and recommend him highly! read more

Steve, Lisa, and North Valley Shuttery were exceptional in every aspect of our experience working with them. Steve is very knowledgeable and personable. Steve listened to what we wanted and then, drawing on his years of experience, he made suggestions to fit our desires and our budget. They were prompt, courteous and professional in their communication and in person appointments. A 50% deposit to order the shutters, with the balance due upon installation was very fair. A 3 week wait time for shipping was very reasonable. We would highly recommend using North Valley Shuttery to everyone. read more

Steve has been a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are new to home design and with Steve's guidance we were able to get what fit our vision. Steve listened to us and left us feeling like we made the right choice that was within our budget. Lisa has also been instrumental in our decision as she is an amazing communicator. Well done NVS! We can't wait to see the finished product! Pictures to follow. read more

When I look at a product, I am really into checking on the reviews and value the opinion of other customers. I can 200% say this is ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER From the moment Steve came to give us estimate to my frequent update from Lisa, I felt that we were in the right hands for our project. We were treated like family. There was a little bit of a hiccup from the supplier as they were not able to deliver the product on time. But Lisa was on top of it making sure our project will be completed the 3-4 weeks she has promised. Only missed the deadline by 2 days... but the finish product is AWESOME It gave my house a "fresh brand new look" and so much lighter. Love, love, love my new plantation shutters. Thank you North Valley Shuttery read more

We are new in town and wanted to replace our window blinds. As always, I checked out Yelp and came across Steve from North Valley Shuttery. Steve was professional, not pushy and great prices. We bought a nice roller shade for our French doors. I wanted something different and 70's looking for the master bedroom. Steve had exactly what I was looking for! They look great! We look forward to getting a few more rooms done in the near future. Thanks Steve!! read more

Steve came by to take measurements, provided estimates on the spot, and provided all options available. Quick, efficient, and installed as promised within 3 weeks for plantation shutters. And they look great! Thank you! read more

Very poor customer service. Steve said he would replace a sliding door track that was just over a year old but had called him several times for an install date he will not call back. This was a new home and purchased blinds for the whole house so very disappointed in their lack of follow through. The very least they could have done was return my calls or texts but nothing other then 1 call to say they would replace. No other action was taken on their part. Save your time and money, look wl Still haven't heard back from this company since November read more

Steve is amazing. My wife was days away from delivering our first child at time of our consultation. Few weeks later, not only did he come with the shutters for install, he also brought me a couple of celebratory cigars. Now that's service you can't pay for. On top of that, he beat out every other quote I received. He's a very genuine man and business owner. Shutters came out flawlessly as well. A+ rating from me. Highly recommend here over anywhere else. read more

Steve was so friendly and beyond knowledgeable about all the blinds and shutter options available. He showed us examples of houses with different blinds and gave us his personal opinion about what best fits our small little home! Not to mention his prices are by far the cheapest even comparing to lowes (that gave us a 10% discount with no insulation included!). Thank you so much for the professionalism and quality! read more

Had a great experience working with Steve! We had 3 consults, with 3 different companies. He stood out not only for price and style, but he showed us how to get the most out of the products specifically for our home. His knowledge and genuine concern for our family's needs, was very apparent. We installed shutters throughout and roller shades on our large sliding glass door for less than others wanted for shutters alone! We would definitely refer him to our friends and family. read more

Excellent service! I still can't believe I have motorized shades in my living room after 1 year. I've met lot of companies for quotation but I am so glad that I went with North Valley Shuttery. Steve understood exactly what I wanted and helped me match the colors in my living room. I received lots of compliments and would definitely recommend Steve. He's very honest, reliable and easy to talk to. His service and work was very professional. I can't wait to start my drapery project with him. The only regret I wish I had met Steve sooner. Best price and service. I like working with Steve. Install 10 shutters and 13 blinds on our home. Also a shade for our sliding door.

This is the second time we needed to call on North Valley Shuttery for our window furnishing needs, and North Valley Shuttery came through again for us with flying colors. Steve helped us last spring with putting Hunter Douglas plantation shutters in our master bath area, and breakfast nook/great room area. We loved them so much that this year we put them throughout the rest of our home, except for the huge bay window over the kitchen sink, and in the formal living room area with another transom/picture window. We put remote control pleated shades in there instead, and they met our needs perfectly. But the master bedroom presented itself with yet another lighting problem: The room has a lot of glare, day and night, with two transom windows, a single french door, and single-hung windows that flank the bed. Steve recommended the Norman wood blinds. They are beautiful and very functional and do the job of light control and blackout control for every window. And did I mention they are beautiful? We chose the light gray to go with the room decor and new master bath colors. Seriously, I have increased my sleep time one and a half hours since putting these blinds in our bedroom. And an added bonus, those afternoon naps, you can completely darken the room in the middle of the day! Love it. We highly recommend North Valley Shuttery to meet all your window furnishing needs, no matter what your window configurations may be. Steve can guide you to exactly what treatment will best meet those needs -- functionally and aesthetically and financially. Choose the best. Choose North Valley Shuttery. read more

We are really glad we had North Valley Shuttery help us with getting blinds and shades for our new construction home. Steve was very professional and responsive. We live out in the sticks and he was the only company that we called that didn't have an issue when we asked if they would come out to us. Other companies in the area either told us no, or they wanted to do initial measurements/quotes over the phone. Steve helped us stay within our budget, and even helped us consider things we hadn't thought of, like heat reduction, and extra privacy. He kept us informed throughout the production, delivery, and install process. We will definitely recommend him to our neighbors. read more

I highly recommend Steve from North Valley Shuttery for shutter and blind installations. For 20 years my husband and I have struggled to figure out a solution for making our room totally dark for sleeping but still continue to have lots of light during the day. Drapes were not really an option for us. Steve was the only person who came up with not only a very workable and practical solution but it absolutely upgraded the look of our room and looks beautiful! Steve is an exceptionally nice person to work with and even checked on us the next day to make sure we were pleased and everything was working okay. I would recommend Steve to anyone and give him an A+ for quality and service! read more
