Was also told the cars coolant was low and tried to up charge a "top off" for another $10, I declined as this was straight up just not true as I checked it myself and it was fine. My expectations were not high for Jiffy Lube but this is just another example of a bad oil change place that tries to take advantage of customers that may not feel confident in their automotive knowledge.
