She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. The workers were very nice but staff just seemed very unorganized. Really wanted to support them but was a bit frustrated. When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits.
