This company is a joke. I had my car repossessed almost a year ago. It was due to non payment but I had worked out a payment plan with my lender to get back on track with my payments and there was a lack of communication from my lender that caused my car to be scheduled for repossessed, which the company had apologized for. My husband, my 11 month old daughter and I was leaving to go to his grandparents house. My daughter and I was in the vehicle waiting on my husband to come out of the house. All of sudden, I see this tow truck rushing into my driveway, not planning on stopping and lift up my vehicle. I ran in the back of my car mind you I am 7 months pregnant and I jump in the truck of my SUV which the truck door was open and started kicking the tow truck and yelling for him stop lifting the vehicle up because my daughter was in there strapped in her car seat. He refused to listen and kept lifting it. My husband comes running out of the house and jumps into the vehicle on the driver side and the tow truck man sees it and proceeds to lift even higher. By this time my daughter is lifted up in the air with my front two tires still on the ground and my back tires up. The tow man gets out of the vehicle and tells me my car is being repossessed and to hand him over the keys. I told him no put my daughter down she is in the vehicle. He refused to do so saying I need to hand him over the keys. I did not trust this man that he would let my car down after handing over the keys. So my husband and I decided to call the police. The police show up 15 mins after calling. I guess in the police report the tow truck guy called the police too. When the police officer gets there I explain the situation to him. One of the officers was in shocked that the tow truck had lifted the vehicle with a child in the car. The officer asked if we could give him the keys and he would let the car down so we can get our stuff and our child. The officer did ask if we had cameras on the incident because the Tow truck guy said he didn't have them working or they were shut off. We later inquired the footage from the neighbors and showed what my husband and I was saying was true. The truck guy lied and said I jump in the back of the trunk of the vehicle and put my daughter in there once it was lifted which was not true. i also received a called from a man name Nelson from the company when I put in a complaint. He was very aggressive in the phone call. Telling me I need to pay my car note and to prove that the tow truck guy lifted my daughter in the air. He also said did he drive off with my daughter in the car, if he didn't then he didn't do anything wrong. He was completely out of pocket and completely unprofessional. If you ever have a complaint don't even try to give one because they are so unprofessional. When I when to pick up my vehicle from tow company parking lot, there was damages done under my vehicle that wasn't there prior. When I put in a complaint for that I never received a call back. This place is a complete joke and if they keep moving this way they will catch them selves in a lawsuit. read more

These fucking idiots took the wrong vehicle and then raided my vehicle and stole almost $3000 worth of tools and now that they have been called out on it the absolute refused to respond and give up the thief, and now the police and my lawyer are getting involved and I will do everything in my legal ability to fully discredit them. read more

when i went to get my belongings out of the car after they repossessed it , I seen that they broke a bottom off my driver side door to roll down the passenger side. after I got my car back I notice that they also messed with the wiring in the car as well, took the plate off the car and kept the strews . they make you sign a paper before you can get anything out of the car so you can really see if they messed or broke anything until after. read more
