We had insulation in the sheets, on top of picture frames, and in every crevice in the upstairs. While they did a minimal job vacuuming, it required me to vacuum, and three floor washes, one washing of the baseboards and walls, and 3 loads of laundry later, we are almost done with the clean up. To top it off, when I called to speak to they, the response was to thank me for taking the time to provide my feedback. There was no accountability or apology.
