Be sure you carefully review the items ordered on the website and make sure they are not selected to be "shipped" for a fee of over $6.00 per item. I never want shipped items, but more than once Walmart chooses an item and sends me an email to say it is shipped for the high fee. Last time it was one can of beef stew that ended up costing me over $8.00. I did get it reconciled after many minutes trying to locate a customer service rep. Another time a stuffed doll Easter toy was shipped that I never ordered.

I've found them all to be extremely knowledgeable & customer focused. If there's a question they're unsure about, they take the time to get an accurate answer. There have been a few times I arrived just at closing time, & they took the time to get my script filled & don't act irritated or mad. Always very professional!!!
