They are very busy because of how many doctors practice there so calling can be a pain but they will get them in that day if you need to be seen.

Those are apparently two different things so they can schedule twice as often and bill you and your insurance twice as much. The first nurse was diligent and took all my information. The PA came in with none of my paperwork and assumed my issue but wouldn't listen when I tried to explain how it couldn't be what she was insisting it was. Never saw an actual doctor. Horrible experience. Scheduled the next appointment but decided I didn't feel comfortable there. Tried to call to let them know I wouldn't be coming. Couldn't reach a human or an answering machine. Got billed $25 a few weeks later for "no show". This place is clearly setup to nickle and dime people from the double visits system to the "no show" fee when you aren't given a way to actually reach them. DO NOT GO HERE. You've been warned.

I have NEVER had to jump through so many hoops trying to get a new physician. I was VERY upset! I have been treated at Duke, UNC, Baptist Health, KentuckyOne, and MDH in the past and have never experienced such difficulties trying to get someone to take over my treatments. After I sent my medical records over, I was STILL getting the run around. I have since cancelled my appointment with your facility and I'm telling EVERYONE about it too
