I…read moreswitched all my medicine to North Scott pharmacy thinking how great it would b to have all my prescriptions local and all in 1 place. nothing could be further from the truth. norh Scott pharmacy refused to fill my medication. when the doctor called they told the doctor they needed full study proof the medicine works. the pharmacist said it was in my best interest. however if they were truly concerned with my best interest they should have known one can not go cold turkey. the medicine has to be weaned off. this pharmacy maybe great for colds but not for anyone who has a true medical problem. if u have an autoimmune such as Wagner's with heart lung and kidney damage u need to stay away from North Scott Pharmacy and find a reputable pharmicist who does not mind treating extreme autoimmune diseases.

They stopped that without telling customers. I pulled up to the driveway window to receive my prescription and the curtain was down. I had to go without my meds. and make another trip the next day. Osco had a very good system online to manage my prescriptions. Then they changed to a different system, which likely cost less because it does not work well. Every few months I sign on and it shows I don't have any prescriptions. Each time I have to call the toll-free line. Each time I'm told they will correct it within six hours. That is a lie. On Sunday 2-25-2024, I submitted a refill request which needed doctors approval. My doctor's office is very responsive. They usually approve refills in one day. The system didn't show the order was in process two days later so I called there. I was told then that my doctor hadn't approved the refills. That was another lie. They told me to call my doctors office to speed the process up. I had an appointment the next day so I brought the subject up. They told me they didn't receive a request and they believe there is a problem with Osco's online system. They were not informed about the problem. I then called the pharmacy and was told system-wide has been down for a week with no information when it will be fixed. They were in lie-mode when I was told my doctor's office was the problem. Today I started moving my prescriptions to a new place. I feel the relief already. The common reply from them is to ask the reviewer to contact them. No thank you. I'm done with their rude behavior and lies.

Instead of politely saying "we don't compound medications at this pharmacy" his exact words were "no, I'm not doing all that work when there's a commercial product available. It's quite labor intensive and I haven't compounded omeprazole in at least 15 years". All other compounding pharmacies will make this medication with no questions asked but because this medication takes mixing, he just didn't want to do it. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant.

If you have a prescription that they don't have at their store you have to go to a different location. They won't have it sent to the nearest store, you must drive to the neighboring city or state. Now the new store has your prescription. If you want it refilled you have to call the first store ask them to call the second store to get your prescription back so you don't have to drive all over God's green acres to get a refill. Now if you have a few automatic refills they send you text reminders that your prescription is ready for pick up. They don't tell you which prescription or which location so you are forced to start calling before you drive everywhere. Now this leads to the dreaded canned piano music you are forced to listen to while you are on hold. What happened to customer service? I've always dealt with Walgreen's prior to my insurance changing and forcing me to CVS. If the Walgreen's pharmacy was out at their location, they contacted other locations and had it sent to the original location for pick up. I'm very dissatisfied with CVS. And no, this isn't just a one time occurrence. This has happened 3 times in the 10 months I've been using them.
