I had taken time off of work to come to the appointment that I had also waited 3 weeks for. When explaining this to the person at the counter, I was told that I could wait even longer and take a full day off for another appointment and they would maybe honor the appointment the next time. Disappointed at the lack of ownership for their mistake and disgusted at the customer service of the irresponsible receptionist who shrugged as if she could not care less. For a family practice, I found this level of disrespect to be extremely frustrating and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for medical treatment.

I had them file again and I have no financial redponsibility because it goes to network savings. Yet, Quest still sent me a bill!! That's scam number one. They also sent me bill with prices double than what they list on their website. I called them with the insurance agent and Quest hung up when we tried to explain it to them!

Now i need a letter stating i am good to go back to work, Spoke to a lady on the phone telling me if i go in to the clinic i can get the letter anytime, 1 hour in the clinic and they're trying to figure out what and where to get this letter from. Waste of time and tax payers money. Place should just close down and should not be allowed to care for other people's health. Totally unacceptable.

The gap is filled with "assistants" who take vitals and perform other tasks nurses don't have time for. But here's the thing: the nursing shortage in this hospital is artificial. I believe that administration places caps on staffing, especially nursing. Patient care suffers. It is very common for it to take 20 minutes for anyone to answer your call light. "Someone will be right down there," is meaningless. I watched the clock after the long wait to get my light answered, I waited 30 minutes for someone to come help me to the bathroom. I was desperate by the time they arrived, and almost didn't make it. You can't get up and go on your own. You can't even resituate yourself in bed. You can't turn onto your side if you need to. Every bed has an alarm. If you move the wrong way, you set off the alarm. There were far more negative aspects to my stay, but there's only so much space here. The place feels like a prison, not a place to heal. I was desperate to be discharged. I can offer this positive comment. My hospitaler (doctor), Dr Arif, was wonderful!
