They have no problem being rude and arguing with patients/people despite having no part and knowledge in your care. They also enjoy hanging up on patients/people when they don't want to deal with you anymore even if you've been nothing but respectful. The doctors will terminate you as a patient immediately for not being available when they want you to be available even when you've been very clear about your availability. Along with cancelling appointments without any type of notice whatsoever...wasting your time, money, and gas if you don't live close. Although the termination letter clearly states the termination is 30 days from the date on the letter they will not honor that at all. Also a warning...whoever handles the mail will change addresses as well so the mail isn't sent to the correct address. On top of all that mess, they WILL withhold your own lab results from you. Overall this company doesn't know how to handle nor treat patients/people very well. They need new staff or the staff needs serious training to hopefully be better for returning/future patients. Nobody should have to deal with so many issues and so much disrespect just trying to get care. Look elsewhere if possible, there ARE better options and better treatment than what u get here.

I drove 40 mins to get to my appt today and they turned me away due to me having my daughter. I'm screwed! also, at the last minute they let the rep of arthrex plates watch the surgery...when i asked to meet him first....they said no...just sign...so i did! i was running 5 miles a day before i met mark....i have not run since the second surgery did not turn out, and my foot is worse than when i started.... When explaining this to the person at the counter, I was told that I could wait even longer and take a full day off for another appointment and they would maybe honor the appointment the next time. Disappointed at the lack of ownership for their mistake and disgusted at the customer service of the irresponsible receptionist who shrugged as if she could not care less. For a family practice, I found this level of disrespect to be extremely frustrating and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for medical treatment.

Upon arrival I was promptly greeted my the front desk receptionist then called back after paperwork. The nurse doing my initial screening was extremely nice and very through plus the office is well decorated and curated. When my provider Molly came in she was very through nice and made me feel like family. I did not feel rushed at all and I felt like all my concerns were answered.
