Regrettably, friendly customer service is not the same. I am of the belief that your work is an indication of your pride on a job well done. I cannot say the same for the above Business. I needed repairs to some laminated floor planks that were splintering on their edges. I had another business attempt to fix it but it was worst. I hired NRV to fix the planks. I had 13 planks for repairs, I now have 2. Aaron came and looked at the floor, said he could do the work. He left me with planks that did not connect, left spaces and even used some compound to seal planks in place. At no time did he us a mallet to seal planks in place. There was no follow-up. I'm beyond disappointed in the work and mess that was left behind. I found the company online and spoke with Aaron he is a nice guy but his work is the worst I've ever. I over paid so much and I'll have to hire a crew to just come in and redo everything. He also sold me on a paint job. I gave him a color and he just went to the store and paint matched the color and put plastic on the floor and took pictures as they were painting. basically all the paint they did was just all over the floors and things that did not need to get paint on them like expensive furniture. Aaron and his crew basically destroyed my house. lucky he got a guy named Mark who came in the last 2 days who actually knew what he was doin to come actually lay tile and carpet who I just paid out of pocket. im a builder and Aaron is the worst contractor I've ever met. he doesn't pay attention to detail, doesn't clean, lazy ( so lazy instead of taking a flat head screw driver to take you light switch plates off the ripped them off the wall). to be honest anyone could do a better job than Aaron with zero experience. I paid him for a bathtub I never got, paint job that never got done not even close paint over everything, I paid for carpet padding and he didn't deliver what I bought. I had a last minute need to get a section of hardwood floor refinished and Aaron and his brother were able to get to my place within 24 hours and complete the job. No one else would even consider a small job like mine. The work was impeccable and they were great guys to deal with. They left a can of polyurethane and a brush with me should I have any additional spots. I will be using them in the future. Highly recommend. read more
