I look forward to working with them on all future projects!!

Morgan was incredibly pleasant and helpful over the phone, making it easy to set up our appointment. They were even able to come out the very next day and provided us with a proposal on the spot! The crew did stay a little later into the evening than expected, but it was only because they were so committed to getting the job done right and on time. They wanted to make sure the epoxy had time to start drying properly so we could use our garage within 48 hours, which we really appreciated. Simply the Best!…read more Simply the Best! When was the last time you heard that about a contractor? Well Alpha Kitchen Design (Isaque the owner) is the best to work with. I got four quotes to renovate my kitchen last year and chose Alpha because of what seemed like a fair estimate (not the lowest but not the highest), good quality cabinets and the fact that Isaque knew and cared about what we wanted to do. I also liked the fact that he is a "stone" guy and loves the beauty of natural stone counters. Isaque and his team did not disappoint. Of particular note are his plumber and tile guys who are top notch. They came when they said, and did the work they said they would do on time and within budget. Isaque kept me in the loop as I was out of town when the renovation was occurring, including me only when necessary about potential issues which he always worked out with great judgement and professionalism. The last and probably best compliment you can give someone is that I used his services again to remodel my guest bath this year. Again, Isaque and his team worked with me to make sure everything was covered. There were naturally a couple of "surprises" which Isaque handled with ease going above and beyond in some cases. Of course I would recommend Alpha Kitchen Design to anyone looking to get a great contractor and have a hassle free experience resulting in a beautiful new kitchen or bath. John Leslie - Siesta Key

What learned, is that not all remodelers include permits, painters, etc., thus add'l expense. Alpha's price was all inclusive. Isaque did allow us to purchase a few things outside of our contract, like sink, faucet, wine refrig., and the hardware, which we found at less cost. All of the subs go through him. I'll admit the kitchen was a mess for six weeks, but once everything started getting installed, it went very quickly. Despite so many things being on B/O today, all our cabinets arrived promptly. To our surprise and delight, there was only one follow-up call required. All the trades people were professional, clean, and respective. We are enjoying the abundance of (new) cabinets, the style, layout, and especially the quartz countertop. Isaque listened to our ideas and did not try to oversell us. The contract was very detailed with cost per line item, easy to follow. We appreciate the quality of the cabinets (Jarlin and FGT). All soft close, and all with pull-outs, top AND bottom. Isaque is very detail-oriented and wants to make his customers happy. Indeed, he did with us. He is very personable, attentive, and shows up for all appts. We will be working with him again on our great room credenza project this year, we are that pleased. We highly recommend. BTW, if you go to his showroom, you have to go to Walt's Fish Market across the street!

After meeting with several contractors for our remodel in Venice, Florida, what immediately stood…read moreout about Royal Remodeling & Design was their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Unlike others who quickly said something couldn't be done, their attitude was always, "Let's figure it out." Our project involved moving walls, investigating structural and bearing walls, removing columns, a full kitchen remodel, interior and exterior painting, new flooring, doors, trim, baseboards, a new front door, and many upgrades throughout the home. Royal Remodeling & Design truly turned our vision into reality. One of the best parts of the experience was the design process at their showroom on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. Being able to see our project on a 3D screen and make changes as we went gave us confidence that everything would turn out exactly how we wanted it. Choosing cabinets, countertops, tile, wood plank flooring, and finishes in one place made the process incredibly convenient and stress-free. Once construction started, communication was excellent. We received regular updates, timelines, and everyone who worked on the home was professional, respectful, and pleasant to work with. Even when we asked for extra changes, the response was always, "No problem, we'll take care of it." The home was kept clean throughout the remodel, and we appreciated the thoughtful suggestions made along the way that improved other areas of the house we hadn't even considered. Watching Royal Remodeling & Design transform our 1980s home into a beautiful modern space was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a remodeling general contractor in Sarasota County for a full home remodel, full condo remodel, kitchen remodel, or bathroom remodel, we highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to turning your vision into reality.

Royal Remodeling & Design Our experience with Royal…read moreRemodeling & Design was exceptional from our very first interaction. My wife and I were evaluating several Sarasota-area contractors for a complete kitchen remodel. We began with a shortlist of companies, but as we progressed through the selection process, several were eliminated for various reasons. We discovered Royal Remodeling & Design through a Google search and decided to stop by their Main Street showroom without an appointment. From the moment we walked in, Stan welcomed us as though we were repeat customers. He spent nearly an hour answering our questions, discussing our project, and helping us understand the remodeling process. We told him ours was not a large kitchen, although we wanted a complete renovation. Stan assured us no job was too small for them. By the end of that meeting, we had scheduled a visit to our condo for Stan to see it first-hand. After seeing our existing kitchen, Stan developed an initial design for us to review. We requested several changes that differed from his original vision. Rather than trying to persuade us otherwise, Stan emphasized that it was our kitchen and that we were the ones who would be living with it. His philosophy was simple: he would design and build the kitchen that best suited our needs and preferences. We found that approach very reassuring. Once the design was finalized, we were introduced to Viktor, the project manager. His confidence, professionalism, and extensive experience immediately gave us peace of mind. As seasonal residents, we arranged for demolition and construction to begin after we returned north. Because we are very hands-on and engaged, entrusting a major renovation to a contractor while we were away felt somewhat uncomfortable at first. However, Viktor's communication throughout the project was outstanding. He kept us informed with regular updates, shared progress photos, and scheduled FaceTime calls so we could see the work firsthand. The entire project was completed in approximately six weeks from start to finish. Throughout the process, nearly every conversation with Stan or Viktor ended with my wife and me saying the same thing: we had absolutely made the right decision in choosing Royal Remodeling & Design. We simply could not imagine receiving a higher level of service, professionalism, or craftsmanship. When we returned to see the completed kitchen, it was exactly as we had envisioned--and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. While our project may not have been as large or complex as some of the impressive renovations featured on Royal's social media channels, we always felt like we were their most important client. That level of attention and care made a lasting impression. We wholeheartedly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design to anyone considering a remodeling project. We would not hesitate to work with them again. Michael & Julie Wallace
