Shawn the owner and Zach have over 30 years in the business. They were recommended from another person. I am so blessed that I called. Shawn answer promptly, did an assessment of my roof and made sure that my questions were answered. He communicated throughout the entire process and kept me informed. I made contact with 5 different companies and only 2 showed up. He beat the competition. I am a seasoned real estate broker and had an idea of the cost of my roof damage-so I knew Shawn was on point. They service my Central Florida friends too!

My bid from Legacy was about $7500- by waiting patiently for another roofer- I had the repairs properly and reliably done for $1500. Jordan was the first introduction and he was great from start to finish. He answered all of my many questions and kept me informed of the status. I did not have to guess where I was in the process or reach out like usual with so many other service providers these days. What he said was going to happen, is what happened and when he said it would happen, it did. Prior to the tear-off, Valerie, in the office, let me know the schedule and what I should prepare and expect. In her defense, I did not read the email until the day after it started so I wasn't fully prepared for the roofers, but the document had every detail I needed to know. Angel was lead and he reached out to let me know the plan. As mentioned above, I was not fully prepared but Angel went above and beyond to get the area prepared. He was there for my questions and the whole crew were very professional. The roof was done when promised and easily passed the city's inspection! I can not thank the Legacy Crew enough! They turned an expensive, stressful task into a walk in the park! Thank you Legacy Crew!

They eventually fixed the locking issue but the gap has been a nightmare to deal with. Ignored emails & phone calls & then finally a service call. They suggested a drinking straw inside the weatherstripping to solve the problem. More emails & calls & eventually another service call to install heavier weatherstripping. They did not use a heavier product, but simply installed the same weatherstripping moving outwards slightly, leaving a bigger gap & more light shining thru. Poor installation, ignored emails, ineffective service visits & still no resolution. If Greyhawk resolves this issue properly I will be happy to update this review.
