Manasota Flooring came to install a step out of my lanai that should of been installed a year ago. The guy left a mess all around the step he installed and to top it off this is what I pulled up to when I got home from work... all cement mixture in the street Who leaves a mess like this?!?! My partner and I went to the Bradenton location today. We entered the store carrying a sample tile to be matched to existing tile in our home. There were 3 employee's in the store, no other customers. They saw us enter and looked away. We heard one of them say "you get this one I got the last one". No greeting, no offer to assist us. We spend 15 minutes looking at display tiles. We finally found the match and were able to get the manufacturers name and tile identification number, etc. We passed a gentleman sitting at a desk 10 feet from the exit door, he did not even look up. We went directly to a competitor and placed an order valued at $10K. Do not bother with Manasota Flooring, they are not interested in helping customers. read more

I live in a beautiful condo that is completely tiled by Manasota. Many of tiles in the flooring are have thin cracks and tiles with chips. The flooring needs to be replaced soon. I have had tiles replaced by a different company and the comment is that the thin set mortar is too thin. This is reason why the tiles crack and chip. So disappointed in the quality of materials and workmanship by this company. read more

I would not recommend Manasota Flooring. We bought a Medallion home 2 years ago and Manasota did all the pavers in our lanai and driveway. Within the first year the pavers began to sink around the pool. Since we had a one year warranty we notified Medallion and Manasota Flooring came out and fixed them. Within the next 7-8 months they started sinking again. We called Manasota directly since we were no longer under Medallion Warranty. However Manasota did warranty their work for one year. They came out in November and told us they would get in touch with us in the new year. They never did and we called numerous times and spoke with different people and they never responded or came out. It is now past their warranty period ! No call ...no response. We will never use them again and would not recommend them. read more

This could have been easily a five star review after the last flooring company we dealt with. Problem was, the guys they contracted to do the floor took a 2-3 day project and stretched it into five days. They would show up 1-2 hours late, took frequent breaks (like 30-45 minute breaks twice per day) and I found one sitting in my bushes in my back yard. It was Just weird. Then, the crew left the floor with a film that's not been successfully cleaned to date. I found several areas of grout in walls and the bannister. No transitions were ever put on between carpeted areas a d the floor despite the fact that was part of the order. I was given an excise that "we don't do that in the south". Was that what I wanted? I give them the second star because they did fix the problem with the plywood subfloor caused by the other company we fired. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! The reviews speak for themselves. We bought a Taylor Morrison home for my parents and this was the contractor they hired to do all the tile work. The work was sloppy, tile was laid the wrong direction, grout has holes and unevenness in it, there are places where it's missing grout all together, places in the listello where there was pieces missing, places where tiles don't lay flush or line up, places where they tried to fix with the wrong color grout. A teenager could lay better tile with zero experience. I'm not sure any of the people have any experience whatsoever. They are terrible with communication. We had to have Taylor Morrison fine them multiple times for making appointments and failing to show up and not even communicating they were not coming. We were basically held hostage by this company and without use of our showers and without being able to travel. This is a very unprofessional business. Problems are still not solved and we are going on a year. read more

I do NOT recommend them to do any paver jobs! Horrible service! They have replaced cracked and chipped pavers in my driveway at least 5 times! Same area, same crappy job! They send workers out and never come back to check on their work! Brand new home with a crappy looking driveway! read more

I have had 3 floors installed by Manasota. The workmanship was excellent. and the products lived up to their name and warranty. That is all except one. After 4 years, a floor that was recommended to handle my office environment started to peel on one area. Manasota came out and looked the floor over and even though the floor material had a 20 year warranty on the laminate, it was determined that the warranty was not valid because we did not have chair protection on the floor. Plus the fact they no longer make this product. So what good was the 20 year warranty. So even though they recommended this type floor with a multi year warranty (parts only). They were able to come up with an excuse that was as usuless as the quality of the floor. Beware on what the long-term warranties cover. read more

We had some vinyl plank flooring installed today by a team from Manasota Flooring and we wish there were more than 5 stars to give. The installers showed up promptly and were most courteous. The three person team was organized, efficient, experienced, and completed the install in half the time we were expecting. Best of all, we couldn't have hoped for a better looking completed flooring project! read more

We stopped in at Manasota Flooring on First Street in Bradenton Friday 10/19/2018. The salesman was sitting at a desk to the right of the entry door. He never even stood up. We asked about Area Rugs, he said there were a few against the wall. We looked at them, they were not what we were looking for. He (still sitting) said that he couldn't think of where to send us, finally he said, go to Ollies Discount Store at SR 70 & 31st. Manasota Flooring comes up on top on most searches for Area Rugs, that is wrong. What a waste of time, and what a poor excuse of a salesman. read more
