First I would like to cover sexual abuse. Going to Allan's example of sexual assault with Anthony du Bourg, he stated that Anthony was a teacher in the 60s and walked "through the locker room when we were undressed." In other words Mr. Anthony walked through the locker room in the 60s when Allan was changing. That means if Allan in 2017 would be pretty old. Not only this, but all of the other examples given by other reviews happened every 20 years and have no solid evidence. These reviews also state that there are better schools in the area, Newark Academy, Delbarton, Kent Place, and so much more have terrible incidents that are far worse than Pingry's. These claims have a high chance of not being true and there is no school in the world that has no creepos lingering. Considering that there are only 3 alleged assaulters for a school history of almost 200 years is really amazing. Now I would like to talk about the supposed toxic environment. Anywhere you go in life there will always be toxic people. I believe that Menan is just a parent who had a kid hang around the wrong crowd. The Pingry School also has amazing staff and faculty that can support anyone at anytime. Compared to other private schools and public schools Pingry is nowhere near as toxic. According to Allan people were racist and really toxic, the 1960s was a really long time ago and the world was really different. I understand that numerous students agree with me and love their school. For kids cheating their way with money, this is completely untrue. I have been at Pingry for a very long time and I can't tell you how many kids have been expelled for vaping, doing drugs, sexual assault, racism, and more vile actions. Pingry is extremely strict with this and the honor code is not used as a weapon, but more as a guideline. There are kids that got expelled immediately with billionaires for parents and have not been on school grounds since. Faculty destroying student self worth is the topic I disagree with the most. There are so many trusted adults in the school and for the reviews saying that they suck probably got failed and just trying to throw dirt. The teachers are very uplifting and help the students non-stop. Teachers also might favor students, but thats alright because whatever school you go to that might happen and it is not all the teachers at Pingry that do that. Pingry is an amazing school and If it was so terrible then why is it the third best school in NJ on Niche? I am not sure what these clowns are thinking putting these reviews, but is a Saturday night and this took like 20 minutes. Guaranteed all of these clowns are either Pingry rejects or got expelled. I also believe at least one of these reviews are a middle schooler thinking that they are funny, but in reality they just have nothing better to do. PS. There are only two teachers here. But has more than 4 rooms in there. Students could run between each room. Teachers don't know how to regulate kids' behaviors. And the principal doesn't have a permit for the aftercare program. She told me they had waived from town. The waive program is not for the after-care school program as other daycare provided. It is like a kind of learning program, not a similar aftercare program as you know. Also later, she deletes the after-school website. She never told us this before we enrolled in the program.

Long Review Alert! I had high expectations from this Daycare…read morewhen i did the tour and read all the great reviews, but I was highly disappointed. We picked this daycare even though it was farther away from our home. To give some background, My daughter was 18 months when we enrolled her in this school. She was in another daycare since she was 7 months and the only reason we had to switch was because we moved to Edison. We loved her previous daycare. 1) At little treasures my daughter took so long to adjust. Every morning she wouldn't want to go there and was so clingy in the evening when she returned home. She was in Penguins classroom. 2) I felt the overall atmosphere in LT was not warm and non-welcoming.We had to drop her at around 7:45am when none of her class teachers were there. So she had to be dropped off in another classroom with another teacher who was least concerned about her. She wouldn't bother to say Hi to us or our daughter or welcome her any way. Some days she would completely ignore us . Drop offs were very unpleasant. When we raised our concern to the director, she said someone was going to take a look.Of course that never happened. I don't know how they do Quality control for such issues. 3) Timings of the regular teachers were such that we could never catch them if we were dropping and picking up outside 9-6pm window. During those hours it was only the part time teachers who had no clue if you ask them any question about your child. It created such a disconnect for us with her class teachers. So only way to communicate was to call them all the time for any major/minor question. Because otherwise we never met them in person. LT could provide better coverage for parents who because of their work schedule don't get to meet the main teachers. 4)A few times when I did a late drop off so i can meet her teachers (and reach my work late as well), I noticed that my daughter didn't wanted to go to her lead teacher who has been with her for couple of months. With Little kids It is very simple to tell who they like and who they don't. I don't think there was any attempt made to bond with my daughter. 5) Daily reports were hand scribbled with very minimum information of what the child ate during meal time. If I can find, I will post a picture of one of the reports. Imagine first we don't get to meet her teachers regularly and the only way we are relying to get some info is via the daily reports which were nearly useless. Once I requested her teacher to write more descriptive report including if she had milk (incase she did not eat food). I was told that for kids of her age (18 months), focus should be more on the food then milk so they never gave us that info. 6) LT is extremely structured that makes the teachers here more concerned about following the schedule and intense curriculum. The last meal/snack time was 3:30pm, and by the time i arrived my daughter would be so hungry and screaming for Milk. Nothing is offered to the child after the last meal because that is not in the schedule. It seems like the teachers are overworked. The type of words that she learned quickly and repeated at home speaks a lot- 'Stop It' 'Go Sit Down' 'Listen to me' 7)Also they would take the kids outside even in cold weather and told us to send appropriate clothing to bundle up or keep the child home if you don't want them to go outside. I don't understand How would the teachers keep the child bundled up who keeps taking off her hat or shoes or mittens even when outside. Overall I feel my child never bonded well with her teachers during the 5 months. Nobody really cared if she didn't come to the school one of the days or it was her last day at the school. Little kids need just a bit more love when they are away from their parents to help them cope emotionally. It was this thing which was really missing at LT. I am not sure about other classrooms or other teachers but our experience with this specific class was not great. The only positive side was state of art facility which is kept very clean and a structured curriculum . I wish I had decided against it so that my daughter wouldn't have gone through another change in 5 months. I wouldn't recommend this center to any of my friends.

Her excitement and passion were evident from the first meeting (and I should note, have not waivered since). After researching the school's philosophy and considering some of our own personal experiences with the Goddard franchise, we made our decision. While waiting for opening day our son attended a different preschool and as kids will do, he picked up some negative behaviors and began saying he did not like school or learning. This was obviously very upsetting for all of us. However, within just a few weeks at Goddard we noticed a huge difference in him. He now loves school and we no longer have morning struggles and tears. He runs into the classroom each morning with excitement. His teacher is absolutely amazing and having the owners onsite and involved makes a big difference as well. The school is clean and bright and welcoming. We are so glad to be a part of the Goddard family!

This building is home to the Genetics Department and the Biomaterials Department. There are a few…read morerooms set aside for meetings and classroom functions as well. There is a really beautiful auditorium inside that hosts many graduations and various functions throughout the years. There is also excellent study space in the lobbies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The building is very modern and clean and tidy on the inside. The cleaning staff does an excellent job of making sure the restrooms are some of the best on campus. The only knocks here are parking and temperature. With new construction outside, the parking lot has been pushed further back. Also the building doesn't have any windows that open so it can bake in the summer and freeze in the winter when there are problems with the temperature control system, which unfortunately is a common occurrence.
