We ate dinner here last night. I had not been here since they changed owners. The first thing I noticed was the definite up grade in decor. Much classier atmosphere than when it was Gordon's. There were only three other sets of customers, and the sign said to wait to be seated. We stood at the entrance for a good 5 minutes or longer waiting to see anyone who worked there. Finally a young man came out of the kitchen area and showed us to a table. We had looked at the specials on the way in, and when I asked about the one, he told us that was old. (So why was it still up on the board at the entrance?) And then told us the current specials. I ordered the Greek Lasagna with a cup of Chicken Florentine Soup. My husband ordered a Panini and a cup of beef vegetable soup. The soup I ordered was very thick and filling but needed seasoning as did the Beef Vegetable soup my husband ordered. By the time I got to the lasagna, I was nearly full from the thick soup so I brought most of it home. It was a large portion and was good but not great! Again, it needed more seasoning. It was an ok experience, but I am not sure we would go back. I saw some reviews on Facebook that were extremely favorable though.
Also my husband used the restroom, and could not figure out how to flush it, so had to tell the manager/owner. I see another person mentioned the restrooms as well. read more
