I had them originally machine my engine block and do the balance on it, the…read moreidiot in the back sand blasted the front timing cover and didn't clean it out with the sand in the pressure valve for the oil pump and they assembled it like that and it wiped out a lot of high dollar parts and they at first said they would take care of it after I proved what they did and of course they got offended and threw some attitude so it provoked me to contact and file a case with the bar, then they wanted me to bring said engine back to them and I agreed on the condition I watched the disassembly of it personally and we discuss the damage to it because of the sand , the failed to wait for me to come watch and when I did come by he had a couple things for my inspection which the strategy of what he had out was not bad but he put it back together when I was not present and left lots of debris in the lifter guides and didn't use any assembly lube so now I'm having to pull it back out and call the BAR again and sue them, by the way I am an ASE certified mechanic. This is what I get for having somebody else assumed a motor for me.

Even though the project was easy, he asked me the nature of what I was doing so that he could wrap his head around the context of the part he was working on. Cool, he was nicely engaged. His shop is clean and it's one of those places where everything seems to have their own place. Like any place of this type, there were pieces of work in progress.
