By far the best specialty pharmacy I've worked with. From the location to the amazing staff,…read moreeverything about this place is superior. Staff is both friendly over the phone and in person. Having compared many specialty pharmacies (Alto, MDR, Freedom, SMP) that cover meds I needed, along…read morewith traditional choices (Walgreens, CVS, Good Rx), Integrity had the best rates for nearly all of the meds prescribed to me. Their Rancho Cucamonga staff is on top of their game. Brenda and Mariah have been wonderful, detail oriented, and always reply promptly. They have next day delivery (or even same day for very urgent cases) and the customer service has been top notch. Some of your specialty meds may come Fedex'ed from their Arizona location, but it gave me comfort that most of my meds were coming from the Southern CA area, and that only very rare items needed to come from out of state. That said, the AZ delivery arrived just as promptly as the CA delivery. I have done my homework and price compared, and am very grateful for the service and prices at Integrity. Depending on the items needed, you may find some of the other competitors to be lower on a specific item, but overall, I would check with Integrity first.

I have been completely satisfied with this pharmacy since my provider recommended them in 2023…read more Now, I don't know what has been going on since sometime around the beginning of 2026. I don't feel like I can count on them any more. Up until about January this year my Rx has been filled and delivered on time every month. Last refill I had to go get myself, no phone call or warning and I was down to my last day. I had never worried before but something has changed there. I have to call and see what the deal is today as I am running out tomorrow and haven't heard a word from them as of today. I really liked these folks, but I also need to depend on them and I'm not so sure I can. If anyone else has noticed this, say something. Maybe they can get back on track. At least I hope they do. I'd hate to go back to searching for a reliable pharmacy again.

I just experienced my first & last LVN with Genus Home Care. I have had other LVN for my daughter…read moreover the years when she had a trach for 4 yrs. Now,no trach for three and a half yrs. She has Cerebral Palsy. I was so relieved when I found out I can now receive respite care after not having respite for 4 months. I felt very insulted when I looked out the window and saw a vehicle sitting in front of my house for 10 minutes, with no one getting out. Then arrival time went 7 minutes past. The lady got out FINALLY and I figured this must be my new respite lady. She proceeded to go to the back of her vehicle to retrieve her gear and started walking towards my front door. I noticed that she was handicapped ,walking, limping, curved to one side. Low heeled dress shoes on ,not workable. I opened the door introduced myself and said you must be "so&so". She said yes and I ask what was going on with her ?? Is she in pain?? She said she needs a knee replacement and her hip & back are bothering her. I ask will she be okay with taking care of my daughter ,who is 100lbs, can she transfer her and can she use the hoyer lift I have. Answers were yes. I took 30 minutes explaining everything ask many times you think you can do this , will you be okay. Yes ,Yes. I left and I called her, everything was okay, etc. Then she text me and said she doesn't know how to get my daughter out of wheelchair, can't provide all the other things I just went through with her. Can't change her. ......2 hours later Got home and my daughter was not put in chair properly, all needs were not done ,the lady said she couldn't do them, she said the sling for lift was to big, she isn't "allowed' to pick up more than 50 lbs.(That's why we own a lift!) She trashed my rug with her food wrappers ,sitting watching television show not appropriate for my daughter.Just sitting around. The worst !! Tried to talk to company today, they said they don't want to hear my complaint. This "person has been with them along time" I said that's too bad. They are untruthful! I think the CARE and SAFETY of your loved one needs to be a priority. They can't provide me future service. Beware! Check out who they send you.
