The Willis brothers consistently show up within just a few hours (often within the hour) no matter what time I call, and a real person always answers the phone without sending me to voicemail. They have handled a ton of work at my house over time--replacing a dishwasher inlet hose, fixing and welding a broken spigot in the backyard, replacing toilets, installing a pedestal sink, and using camera diagnostics. They are always patient, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and take the time to explain exactly what they are doing while keeping everything clean and professional. They always give fair pricing upfront, but their honesty and dedication to the customer are rare. You simply cannot go wrong with these guys!

They sent out Tom who worked all day on a Friday before Labor Day and finished the job. The next day, however, there was still a leak so we signed up for another visit on Tuesday after the holiday. Tom again came out and, after a couple of hours in extreme heat, located the leak which was from a poor solder job that was not his and repaired it. The company refused to charge which shows true integrity! Nice to see in this day and age.

(I put that it was not an emergency and I was very happy with a Monday morning appointment). Our technician came approximately 8:30 am and quickly fixed the issue. I was not present for the appointment but my husband was happy with the technician sent and said the technician was very helpful in answering some questions about repiping old pipes. I believed we paid $485.00 which is a fair amount for the work needed, during a heat wave, and the fact that the tech had to go under our hot house to fix the issue. I can recommend True Plumbing based on my experience.

Subject: Unresolved property damage and failure to honor warranty…read more I am writing this review to share my experience with Mastercraft Plumbers Inc. regarding a project that resulted in irreparable damage to my bathtub. While the company performed the initial task of removing a corroded screw, their technician's negligence resulted in significant, irreparable damage to the bathtub. Despite a written warranty guaranteeing workmanship, the company refused to restore the tub to its original condition, instead proposing an inadequate "refinishing" remedy that did not meet professional standards. After months of attempting to reach a professional resolution, I was forced to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court. On June 8, 2026, the Superior Court of California ruled in my favor, confirming that the company failed to meet its obligations and awarding a judgment for the full cost of the necessary replacement. I am sharing this factual account to assist other consumers in their due diligence. I have attached the Court's Minute Order and photographs of the damage for transparency. I am posting this as an addendum to address the owner's response. I wish to clarify that the facts of this matter were adjudicated in the Superior Court of California (Case #25SC04822C). On June 8, 2026, the Court ruled in my favor and awarded a judgment for the costs of repair, rejecting the defendant's claims. My review is based on these documented findings, and I stand by the facts presented. I have attached the Court's Minute Order for transparency to allow future consumers to make informed decisions based on the official record.

I had a great experience with All American Plumbing, particularly Iain and his apprentice, Steve…read more I originally called because our kitchen drain had become completely backed up. I had tried troubleshooting it myself and initially thought it might be a relatively simple clog, but it became pretty clear that it needed a professional. Iain thoroughly snaked the line and got everything flowing properly again. While he was working, he also pointed out that the plumbing under our kitchen sink had a lot of smaller sections, fittings, and connections that could be simplified to minimize future issues. What I really appreciated was that it never felt like an upsell. He mentioned it simply as something I might want to consider in the future. I was actually the one who asked whether he could just take care of it while he was already there. He even hesitated because he wasn't sure he had all the necessary parts on the truck, but checked and was able to get it done. The new setup under the sink looks dramatically cleaner, simpler, and stronger. Some of the old fittings were pretty finicky, so I'm especially glad I didn't continue trying to tackle it myself. Iain and Steve spent about three hours between clearing the drain, rebuilding the piping, and making sure everything was working correctly. The pricing was also very reasonable, and Iain actually reduced the original drain-cleaning charge after I added the additional work without me even asking. Both Iain and Steve were friendly, professional, and straightforward. I also really appreciated that Iain took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some good advice for maintaining the drains going forward. It's hard to find a plumber you feel like you can trust, and this was one of those experiences where I finished the job feeling like I had found someone I would absolutely call again. Highly recommend Iain, Steve, and All American Plumbing.
