My house leaked and I've had other issues. I hired a professional roofer only to find out that 5K Pierson charged me, yeah, they not only didn't do the work right, but they skimped and skipped out on completing the project properly. I've called their office repeatedly and have left voice messages, but they never call back. What a tacky business. Stay clear from them.

Absolutely terrible experience with Pierson Mechanical. The office staff was extremely rude, and it…read morewas clear the owner has no idea what their technicians are actually doing in the field. They misrepresented what was needed, failed to complete the job, and then claimed they would return to finish it--only to later demand an additional $510. The service was already covered through my home warranty, yet they still tried to charge extra. When the technician initially came out, he arrived with an insufficient amount of refrigerant and said he "ran out" and needed to order more. The next day, the office called not to fix the issue, but to request more money to come back--completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked basic questions for clarification, the intake representative (who identified herself as the owner's daughter) became defensive and rude, accusing me of "pushing back" when I was simply trying to understand the situation. I ended up getting a second opinion from another HVAC company, and they confirmed the leak was minor, easy to fix, and covered under the same warranty--with no additional charges, including a full refrigerant top-off. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding them and always getting a second opinion.

Nathan's Hvac Services was great to work with. We had a freezer quit on us, called a different…read morerefrigeration service company to fix it, and they made it worse. Called Nathan's Hvac Services, he came to our store, did a diagnosis, and fixed the freezer better than before. While he was at our location, he checked on all of our refrigeration equipment (we have a lot as a grocery store), he made sure all the maintenance was up to date. He found a few things that needed extra attention, like our on-demand water heaters. he fixed them and made them run better then when they were newly installed. He set up an equipment schedule for us. showed us what we could do ourselves, but also offered to maintain them for us. We needed heating and cooling in our storge area. I had gotten bids for a mini-split from other HVAC contractors, and they were all out of our budget. I asked Nathan for a bid, and it was significantly under the other bids, and because he did great work on our other equipment, we had him go ahead and install the heat pump. Boy, are we glad we did. The new mini-split works so great that we are looking forward to our hot Cloverdale summers. I told him that I wanted a way to remotely monitor the temp of our refrigerators and freezers. He did some research and presented a proposal, which was way under what I budgeted. We now have all our equipment set up to send an alarm if they reach a temp outside of our parameters, even our produce case. Nathan's hard work will save us thousands a year! Nathan's Hvac service is impeccable. We will use him again!

A couple of months ago my HVAC system started having a series of small problems. I reached out to…read moreAaron Christensen at Arrowhead Heating and Cooling, who responded quickly and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable rate. Ultimately, however, my 33 year-old system bit the dust. Again I reached out to Aaron, who again responded promptly and clearly explained his recommendation for replacing the entire system, which I agreed to. Within two days, the new system was installed, and it is so much better and efficient than what I'd been putting up with. A 3.5 ton heat pump isn't cheap, but after doing my own research I know that Aaron gave me a very fair and competitive estimate and I'm very happy with the result -- and with the two-year workmanship warranty. If you have heating or cooling issues big or small, I highly recommend Arrowhead Heating and Cooling!

Way over priced and he lied to us on several occasions about different matters. The workmanship is very poor, our stairs front and back are falling apart! It appears that scrap wood was used as well as wood for concrete forms to construct the landing and stairs. No deck screws were used!! He claimed that a new code would not allow screws. The nails are coming up out of the wood, the support beams and just about every piece of wood is split where it was hammered. The angles weren't squared up, just shoddy work.
