Who could I trust with my regular lived in home (messy, unorganized, running out the door always style) My home isn't light dusting of a beige and cream instagram home... They had already blown me off once. They did a horrible job. Didn't clean my main bathroom although she sent her partner back there, he didn't do anything. They didn't vacuum my bedroom and there were dust bunnies and cobwebs everywhere still. I even had to clean off my kitchen table after they had already cleaned the kitchen. She was supposed to help me get some sticky stuff off my kitchen floor which was the whole reason why I hired someone to come clean my house. They did not do it, said they would come back and that they would get in touch with me. Two weeks passed so I messaged them, she told me she didn't know where the light to my bedroom was and that was why she didn't vacuum in there. Also said "I don't normally hand wash dishes" which no one asked her to do that. I pretty much paid $125 to have my dishes washed and one bathroom cleaned. Not worth it. She said she would come back and finish the job and the morning of messaged me and said she didn't think she fit my needs, and would issue me a refund, we'll see if she actually follows through with the refund. It's pretty hilarious that she thinks my house is hard to clean because I was a house keeper myself, my house is not hard to clean at all the only reason why I need help is because I just gave birth 3 weeks ago. Up until then I was cleaning the house myself. The photos attached are what she considers "more than dirty."
